Not the cheapest in town, but well worth the money!

This is the second time I've used Crystal Clean to have my car detailed, yet this is my first review. First of all, their customer service is on point. They are friendly, happy, and accommodating. Both times I've had my car detailed, I waited until the last minute to schedule it and they were able to complete it without any problems. The first time, I utilized their drop-off service which was super convenient... meaning, they drove my car back to my house when it was finished. On a side note, I've never had a business call me back when I didn't leave a message. They did that during experience #1. During experience #2, I attempted to utilize their online form thinking that was how I elicited a response the first time and I did NOT receive a response, however, I thought maybe it didn't go through, maybe that's not what I did the first time, and I'll just pick up the phone and call; not a big deal. I need them. Timing-wise, experience #1: Dropped my car off at night and left my keys in the drop box; they drove my car back to me the next afternoon. Experience #2: Dropped my car off in the evening and picked it up early the next morning. The job itself: Stellar. I am talking I-feel-like-I-just-got-a-new-car good. Experience #1: I left my car seats in the car, just because (I wasn't necessarily expecting them to be cleaned)... and they were cleaned! It was just a nice little extra something to have clean car seats that were so nasty (because kids). Speaking of nasty, that extends far beyond the car seats because kids. I'm not even kidding when I say I am embarrassed when I drop my car off to be cleaned by people who are probably used to it anyway (like, oh no, it's THAT car again). Unknown stains, spilled food, probably old pieces of McDonald's chicken nuggets and french fries found in every nook and cranny... the possibilities are endless, really. I can't even believe my eyes after they are finished with the job. I didn't know that fairy Godmothers were real. Well, they are. In the form of Crystal Clean Auto Detailing LLC. I also didn't say anything about having the exterior cleaned to any extent this time around but it was sparkling clean as in "I THINK that's my car parked there... but I need to get closer to be sure because it's so sparkly... yup, that's it!" It's worth every cent (and worth driving from the northeast side of town 25-30 minutes away). They are super friendly. The work they do is magical.

Crystal Clean was able to fit me in with just one day's notice. They were able to pick up my car from my workplace at 8:20am and dropped it off around 2:45pm the same day. The car had been washed the day before, but came back from Crystal Clean looking so much better. I bought the car used from a dealership, and it was absolutely not this clean when I bought it. They left everything they found in a plastic bag in the back seat so I can sort through what I need and what I don't. I won't go into all the details of what they did since it's in their service description. But I will say they did everything exactly as advertised. Kevin, my main contact, and the driver who picked up and dropped off my car were courteous and professional. There were no hidden charges or surprises, no up-selling, just great, professional service for a fair price. Well worth the money. I only gave a B for price because it was a good value, not an 'excellent' value. But I have no complaints with the amount paid.

The work was great. I had a lot of brake dust on my white paint, but they were able to get it all off and the exterior now shines. The interior looks and smells great and the engine looks great as well. I am very happy with the work; I normally detail my vehicles myself, but at this price you can't go wrong. I also used the pick up and drop off service.

They did a good job. The price was very reasonable.

Excellent job looks like a brand new car

I have done the Fly N shine twice and both were very good experiences. We flew out of th Gerald R Ford air port on vacation in the winter. I called and made arrangements and was plesantly greated by Emily at the curb side so we could grab our bags and she left with the car. We checked in at the airport and I received a text with a proposal for detailing my car. I filled out form and they takek care of the rest. My car is washed, waxed , detailed and stored in a indoor heated facility. I had given them the details of my travel. When we were on the last leg returning home I texted Emily and when I arrived in Grand Rapids I received a text with the location of my car in short term parking. I got in a clean, shinny vehicle and headed home from a lovely vacation in comfort.

Looked like new. Very satisfied with work.

They did a great job and worked to get out some scratches in the van. The interior was immaculate! Will use them again.

Great service! They picked up my car from work in the morning and returned it that afternoon sparkling clean. They will even take you to the airport and pick you up when you return in your freshly detailed car. Given parking rates at Ford Airport, you could actually get your cat detailed for a similar cost of leaving it in long term parking.

Dropped my Explorer off one day and picked it up the next. The interior was utterly gross from a combination of kids, dog, and laziness on my part. When I picked it up I was blown away by how clean the interior was -- every square inch of the car was cleaned...made me realize just how nasty it was when I brought it in. Carpets and seats looked like new. I was really surprised to see they removed bumper sticker residue from an exterior wndow and the outside of the car was spotless as well. I would defintiely 100% use them again. Very professional staff and they delivered on time as advertised.

These folks are very organized and have well defined charges for their service. Pick up and delivery service is very convenient. The only issue would be some missed spots on the lower section of the car.

Called Emily to set up and appointment. Received door to door pickup and drop off service for only a few dollars more. Picked up car in the morning, returned that night. Vehicle was my Dad's and had never really been cleaned out - he also had a dog. Every piece of dirt was removed from the inside, carpet protectors were put down, truck was sparkling inside and out - even the dog smell was gone. Great work!

Very easy process with calling and setting up an appointment. Emily was very helpful on the phone and I was able to have them pick up the car from my house and drop it off when finished (I didn't even need to be there.) They sent me an estimate of additional reconditioning services that could be done (in addition to the complete detail), and because I knew the prices were fair and I wanted to the car to look good for selling, I went ahead with the complete package. The car looks great and I would recommend the service to anyone.

Car had been in storage for six years and it was in a barn. Brought the car it back to life.

Complete interior detail, excellent results, ready when promised.

From start to finish, they made the process easy. Everyone that we spoke with were courteous and helpful, especially Emily. The work they did was amazing. I haven't seen the car look that good since the day we bought it. I would highly recommend them and I will most certainly be going back.

It went well. Crystal Auto Detailing worked with us to stay in our price range and did what we asked them to do and more. They spent time trying to repair/minimize the scratch damage done by me. The interior looked great and cleaned up nicely. They were courteous and professional with us. We will definitely use them again.

Crystal Clean did awesome!! To start, I couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism and responsiveness of the team. They made sure that I was taken care of - no matter the time of day I was emailing, I'd get a response back. The drivers who came to pick up my car were prompt, polite and I had no concerns with them driving my car. In addition to the great service, the car looks incredible! It looks as good - perhaps even better! - as it did the day I bought it brand new. I've never had a car detailed before - now I'm wondering why I haven't. They are fantastic. Very service orientated and accommodating. They completely cleaned and polished the exterior and did some amazing scratch repair. The completely cleaned and repaired the leather interior. The car is like new!

I used the "Fly and shine "prorgam while on vacation. I parked at the airport and my vehicle was picked up, they texted me an estimate, I responded with what I wanted done and it was completed. They stored my car until the day I arrived , when they returned it to the parking area at the airport and texted me its location. The price for the detailing was slightly more than it would hvae cost to leave my vehicle parked at the airporrt, I will use Crystal Clean again. They detail cleaned the interior, and wash and wasxed the exterior.

They are a little bit higher on their price, but they do an excellent job, and my cars look brand new.
