+ -1 moreIt went well. He kept the hole small enough to not be obtrusive but wasn't burdensome to get the shelves put in. He re-used as much material as possible and was able to operate independently while I accomplished other things around the house. He stayed on budget and it only took a few hours.
Description of Work: He adapted my tray ceiling to allow my bookshelves to be placed in our office, where the ceiling was too low for them.

Aside from his ability to diagnose and repair, I especially appreciated the fact that he made an inexpensive repair rather than try to upsell me into something that might have been more profitable to him. Would recommend CKL to anyone.
Description of Work: Fixed non-working slider. Was very difficult to open and, as part of a three panel glass wall, would have been Very expensive to replace.
