AMAZING! We built our dream home. Everyone warned us it would be a long and stressful process. WRONG. Thanks to Cheryl Grant it was stress free and seamless. Words can not express how wonderful she is. We worked with other realtors when we bought and sold our house before we moved to Grand Rapids, Cheryl is in a completely different league than they were. We were overwhelmed by how much Cheryl did for us. She took care of all of the little details making the process so much easier, AND FUN! Cheryl is the utmost professional and the best at what she does, but what sets her apart is how much she cares. She wants nothing but the best for everyone she helps.

Cheryl's team was very good to work with. We appreciated her comprehensive, full service approach to assisting us with the sale of our mother's house. The team is set up to recommend and coordinate with various vendors to get the house ready for sale. Working with stager, Dana, was a pleasure and she was truly fun to work with. We were three siblings helping to sell our mother's house. Two of us were out of town, but were kept in the loop, so we could jump in and help with contacting/hiring vendors and then turn over the scheduling to Cheryl's team. We worked with Cheryl's recommended timeline to quickly get the house on the market. The house did sell very quickly and above asking price as Cheryl predicted. We felt that her pricing was very good, based on our other interviews with realtors. It was a very good experience.

five years ago we hired Cheryl to sell our parents home during a down market. She did such an excellent job (sold in less than 55 days ) we did not hesitate to hire her to sell our home. in the Fall we started to have a condo built. We contacted Cheryl at that time to let her know that we would be listing with her in the Spring. She had her stager come out late Fall to give us some suggestions on what we could do to our home prior to the listing. On April 4, 2019 we listed our home, April 6 Cheryl had a 2 hour open house that was extremely busy. Also Cheryl uses the "ShowingTime" app which allows agents to contact the seller for showings outside of the open house. We had 29 agents show the house in 4 days, had 15 offers by April 8, three were $20,000 over the asking price. We closed on the sale exactly 3 weeks after listing. Beside the sale Cheryl is a very fun, personable person. We always enjoyed our time with her and felt she always had our best interest in what we wanted. We strongly recommend her for her professionalism, you will not regret having her represent you in your real-estate transactions.

Went so smoothly and accurately. The realtor, Cheryl Grant, helped us to buy a condo house in Michigan with a tight schedule between two locations with another realtor in Iowa where we needed to sell the house pretty much at the same time. Her professional and friendly way of leading us to buy a right house with right conditions was so impressive. She was also an amazing fixer, able to get people to paint, clean, and haul junk - all on a very tight schedule. The photographer, who was on time, professional, and patient with my photo-bombing cat, was incredibly talented, and knew exactly what kinds of angles and lighting to use to emphasize the house’s strengths. He also put together a floorplan and a 3D walkthrough of the place. The team Cheryl has assembled is incredible - I was very nervous about putting my house on the market, but she took care of everything, anticipated many of my questions before I had them, and answered any questions that I texted her within minutes. On top of it all, Cheryl negotiated the closing and possession dates that I needed, and the house sold above asking.

My husband and I worked with Richard Grant, who is with Cheryl Grant's group. He helped us find our first home, and by "helped us" I mean that his presence was essential.
