Cheryl is a fantastic real estate agent. She showed us many homes and showed us only homes she knew had the essentials we wanted. She listened. She was very patient and then finally we found the home we loved and eventually purchased. She also sold our previous home in 6 days! She has good marketing skills and stays "on top" of things. She answered many of our questions and was reassuring and yet direct when we encountered snags. I would recommend Cheryl and her team when it comes to buying and/or selling a home.

First of all I would like to say the home Cheryl listed for me is in the 100k price range but I felt like I was her biggest client. If you need an agent, this is who you want to hire. I live out of state and was selling a rental home that needed some work to go on the market. Cheryl and team were prompt, coordinated everything, gave me a list of all recommended items, found contractors for me, sent invoices, stayed within my budget! My house sold on the first day on the market with 3 offers and one that was 3K OVER asking price. I was able to close remotely, everything could not have gone more smoothly. I am just so pleased with every step in the selling process. Thank you Cheryl!!!

Cheryl is great. Cheryl helped my husband and I purchase out first home back in 2010. This time she assisted in the sale of that home as well as the purchase of our new home. Cheryl is a constant professional. She is excellent at what she does and will not let you down. She doesn't waste time, yet maintains superior quality work. We had a signed offer on our home in 2 days!! Amazing...and a relief as we had already purchased our new home and wanted to sell quickly. There were challenges with the purchase of our new home as we required certain stipulations in the contract after a potentially major issue arose after inspection (on a relatively new home!). We went back and forth (via email and in person) with the sellers' and their realtor until only a couple days before closing. We weren't sure it would actually go through until closing came around, but despite all that, Cheryl pushed forward, answering our many questions, following up on the details we asked for and then some. We would absolutely work with Cheryl again.

We met Cheryl for some condo showings. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Our son closed on the condo on November and is enjoying his new home.

Cheryl did an excellent job listing our home for sale. She provided excellent service throughout the process. When Cheryl works for you she guides you through the entire process. We need help staging our home. She brought all the necessary people to do the work, and she got them to our home quickly. We ended up having some rooms painted, the basement waterproofed, a garage door replaced, and the furniture staged. Cheryl's expertise and relationships really helped make a potentially stressful situation work out very smoothly. In addition to the work involved with making the home ready to sell, Cheryl also has an excellent grasp on the local market. She helped us price our home correctly, and to decide which offers were worth considering. Overall Cheryl did an excellent job selling our home, and my wife and I have no regrets.

These communications were all primarily by phone and email. Cheryl was very responsive with our questions, and explained her limitations prior to our signing a commitment to her agency. Though we have yet to decide if we're using her services, I found her responsiveness and professionalism very admirable.

Cheryl was both my and my parents real estate agent, she was a pleasure to work with. While my parents are experienced buyers, I am a first time buyer. Cheryl was able to readily satisfy both my parents and me by her professionalism, knowledge of the market and areas, offered invaluable advise on the pros and cons of houses, quick to respond and always pleasant to be around. If either my parents or I were ever looking to sell our existing houses or buy a new one, we would definitely use Cheryl as our agent. Cheryl has made this a wonderful experience!

Immediately after our first meeting, Cheryl had a team help set up and stage the house as well as get the web sites set up for the advertising of the home. The house drew a large amount of interest and offers immediately. The whole process took about two months from listing to close. We received about 98% of our asking price.
