The sales lady on the phone was very thorough present it was good working with her and I will tell you the serviceman that come in they took the old one out and put the new hot water heater in he is number one he did a hell of a good job If he is allowed up to 10 Stars he has got them Golden Stars You did no waste time he did not Waste time He worked got the job done Thank you, sir, appreciate it. The man who did the instalation was so efficient I couldnt believe. Very professional. I watched him from beginning to end. It only took him an hour and a half. Took the old heater with him too!
