We were scheduled and had heater installed one day later by a master plumber. I had wanted a 50 gallon heater, but did not have adequate space. Appreciated the info. He took away the old heater.

Arrived promptly. Good price, especially when I was in a complete bind and they could easily have price gouged me. Install time was very good and he removed my broken water heater unit. Highly recommended.

Have a very damp basement.old heater had feet on it.noticed this one sits right on floor.he said would not rust.i still wish he would have raised it a couple in..it would have eased my mind. I didnt notice that until after he left....he was very efficient and knowledgable. But I worry about rusting
