Professional. Repaired chimney while I was at work. Job was completed to my satisfaction when I got home.

When the crew showed up they evaluated my chimney and let me know it did not even need a cleaning. I appreciated that as others might have done it anyway in chargef me full price. They only charged for the service call.

Very smooth and easy.

He put a drop cloth in front of the fireplace to make sure the carpeting was protected. He re-started the pilot light and showed us how to do it. Now the fireplace starts by the switch as it was designed to.

Matt reinstalled the chimney to keep the rain out. And showed up within the expected time frame (a little late as he was finishing up another install).

Was on time. Very professional. Did a good job. Was very courteous. Very clean.

Highly recommend Matt & Mike for their knowledge & expertise with gas fireplaces. They had both of ours fixed in short order, despite multiple service calls from another local company. Professional, superior service!

He made several recommendations and provided what I thought to be very reasonable estimates. While he was out I asked if he could seal some of the chimney cracks to get me through. He did for a small fee. I did not use him for repoint and crown repair because I ended up having more severe roof issues which required a builder. However, I plan to go back for other work described in the future.

Matt arrived on time and after I showed and described the situation, he offered helpful suggestions, got up on the roof, found the broken tile, calked the leak including any other possible cracks and imperfections. He was polite, professional and charged a $75 service call fee. He didn't say I needed some expensive and extensive repairs although he sounded very competent to handle big jobs. Very well.

Very prompt and professional. I thought I would have to have a 55 year old chimney rebuilt due to a badly crumbling flue. Instead Matt installed a stainless steel liner, saving time and money. Everything went like clockwork. He showed respect for my property and left everything spotless. I gave an A for price since we were so comfortable with Matt that we didn't get any other quotes. We are 100% satisfied.

Matt inspected the fireplace chimney lining and found it to be clean. Noted two locations where mortar had broken away in the fireplace due to rain water. Repaired those, and installed two chimney caps (one for fireplace, one for furnace chimney). Very professional and efficient. Very reasonable price. Would use the services again.
