+ -1 moreInitially fine until we had a chance to assess all the damages. If I could rate them a minus zero I would! I cannot look at a single piece of our furniture without seeing nicks, dents, scratches and just plain broken. Some damages are major and some are minor. They managed to break a granite stone counter for antique dresser in three pieces. Broke glass on expensive piece of art. They did have these items repaired but that is where it all stopped. They refused to help with any of the remaining damages. Don’t be fooled by them saying they are insured because it will not help. They have refused to answer our complaints to the Better Business Bureau

Jeremiah and Josiah arrived on time, they were efficient in moving all over our major furniture leaving no damages to our homes or belongings. They even moved a extremely heavy piano! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking at moving in the greater Grand Rapids area!

+ -1 moreThe movers were late, they did not take great care of my items (trying to move the dining table without taking the legs off?), and I was quoted 2-3 hours and the job ended up taking 4 and I was charged for the 4 hours. The job did not take more time because of how much stuff I had, it was because they were not professional movers and they took their time as things progressed. It got to the point where we started helping them with boxes at our house because they were moving so slow and carelessly. I hired this business because of the good reviews they had. I was also told that they would wrap our furniture and they did not. I'm also mysteriously missing an Xbox controller. Find a different service.
