I was amazed by how fast they got the roof done. The crew worked very well and seemed to have quite a system. The chimney guys were friendly and the chimney looks great.

My experience with Avalon was excellent, they were attentive to what I needed. Gus was very informative of the products that are sold and recommended the best one to suit the problem areas. He explained the company and the service that would be provided, the gutter crew was efficient and knowledgeable. Within 2 hours the gutters were up and yard was cleaned. I would definitely recommend Avalon for all your home needs.

Contractors were great and the installers did a great job. We had a few miscommunications at the end of the project... When we reached out to Avalon to receive information and complete the project, we were very disappointed. Amy was the rudest person I have ever spoken to regarding an issue. She put words in my mouth, cut me off every time I tried to say something or explain where I was coming from, and continued to disrespect and insult me for over 20 minutes. A quick apology for the miscommunication and an offer to get us back on the schedule would have been great, instead it ended with an all out feud of disrespect. We’ve spent nearly $30,000 with Avalon in about a year, I completely regret using their services at this point. I cannot rate this company for their customer service experienced after dealing with Amy low enough . If only the rating scale went to Z... For your sanity, please choose a different contractor for your upcoming projects.

My wife and I were impressed with Avalon from the beginning. Our questions were fully answered on the spot. We verified the company credentials completely. Another representative a few days later discussed rebates and we settled on type, color, and cost of shingles. The goods were delivered promptly and carefully. The next day car loads of workmen, trucks with ladders, air compressors, nail guns, and tools arrived early and immediately went to work. Demolition was done swiftly and carefully, and the shingle and flashing went on with care and expertise. I was impressed with the workmen, their skill and demeanor; their supervision was done with quiet care. Cleanup was thorough. Never was there any confusion, event with many men busily at work, all was cooperation and efficiency and friendship. No trash was left behind. I commended the supervision and crew. They were a delight to work with.

From the very first visit and estimate I found them to be honest, courteous and provide an affordable estimate of the work needed. The crew they send are also very friendly and mindful of your home taking care that no debris is left behind and all nails are carefully picked up from any lawn or driveway surfaces. I highly recommend their services.

I like the idea of the work being done in one day. They were really good about the roof install. I give them a 9.5-10 out of a 10.

Avalon has completed gutter replacement on my farm house and an out building. Our installer was Aaron. Aaron did an excellent job. It was obvious Aaron was very experienced and knowledgeable. He kept the work site picked up and neat. With any project there will always be some things that are unexpected. Avalon and in particular, Jason Robinson stayed on top of our project and was instrumental in make sure it went smoothly. I am planning on using Avalon in the future.

I am very satisfied with Jasons customer service along with the installers workmanship. They had tough weather to deal with but were still able to do a great job on my new roof.

Chris and Jason were great! Super friendly and easy to work with during the consult. We felt like they understood our needs/hesitations and were able to properly address them. They were also able to provide the quote on-site, and quickly, which was incredibly helpful (suprisingly, some other companies were not able to do that!). Once we narrowed down our roof color choices to a handful, Jason kindly dropped off samples. He was really patient while we were standing outside in the cold, comparing colors and asking questions to make our final decision. The day of the install, the crew was prompt and incredibly efficient. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner, and they were honest enough to replace a gutter that was damaged during the work. We love how the Pewter Grey adds a modern look to our house, and overall, we're really happy with our new roof!

The whole crew was very hard working, getting work completed in spite of very cold conditions. They worked well together and took the job on professionally. Tom Janes was very helpful and sincere in helping me with the process. Adam is a very polite, generous young man and like one of my children in every aspect. I couldn’t imagine it could be done in winter and that I would be as calm and pleased at the results. I know I will enjoy it in the spring as I can get out. Several of my neighbors have given very fun adorable remarks. I even got my driveway shoveled. Job well done. Thank you!

I contracted Avalon Building Concepts to get a bid on a new roof. The roof on the house was metal,and well over 50 years old. Doug came and look over the roof, clearly explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. I was very pleased when about 10 minutes after he left, he returned and said there had been a mistake the house was not as large as his assistant measured. His honesty won me over and saved me $2000.00. The work was professionally completed exactly as planned. I could not be more pleased. I even called and asked him to come back and do the eaves and downspouts. I would recommend Avalon without hesitation.

The gentlemen who installed our windows were very professional and did a quick job in setting them during install. The also cleaned up their work area nicely.

Overall, I felt that Avalon did a great job having my roof torn off and re installed, especially with the weather they had to deal with. Jason and the crew were very professional and knowledgeable.
