We had Avalon replace 2 leaky skylights on our back porch and were very happy with the job done. They sent someone with a few days of calling to look at, and quote the job. Their price was competitive or less than my 2 other quotes. The installer did an excellent job, worked well past dinner to finish the job. I would use Avalon again when needed.

Jason was a wonderful project manager and he was easy to talk to and understand what we wanted done on our roof. we had an issue with the roof and he was quick to find a solution.

I was very satisfied with the work avalon did on my roof. Communication was great and the roofers were very professional. I would highly recommend avalon and Jason for any home improvment project you may have.

Five out of five stars for the team at Avalon Building Concepts! A stranger’s knock on the door saved my family $10,000. What a true blessing it was to have Gus show up at our door. When we purchased out house, we knew the roof would have to be replaced because it was about 15 years old and the type of shingle installed had quality defects which caused it to prematurely wear. After the hailstorm hit the city, I didn’t really think anything of it until Gus came knocking on the door. Gus was very professional and walked me through every step of the process and even assisted in the insurance claim call. He went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly, was on budget, and completed in a reasonable manor. He was able to meet with me outside of his normal working hours to pick out the replacement shingles and taught me so much about the claim process and how to look for hail damage on a shingle. He gave me inside tips on how different insurance companies fight claims and Gus ensured me that he would jump through ever hoop he had too in order to get a new roof on the house. Luckily, my insurance provider accepted the claim on the first submission. When the team showed up to rip and replace, I was already at work and by the time I got home they were nearly finished and cleaning up. Throughout the process I was able to work with both Gus and josh, it appears that both of these employees are ready to push Avalon to the next level and incorporate new advanced technologies that make both of their jobs easier and safer. I could tell Josh really have a passion for the work that he does and the company that he works for. After making a claim for roofing with insurance I contacted Avalon for an estimate, within a day I was contacted by Avalon and an appointment was set. When the Avalon rep arrived, he checked the roof and noted the damage and proceeded to show me the materials that would be used to replace the roof. When I advised my wife wasn’t home he came back two hours later so she could pick the shingle color. I was able to schedule a time for the roof replacement. The crew arrived and striped off the old roof and started to replace. when they were finished the crew cleaned up so well it was hard to tell the roof has been replaced. The contact with Josh D was great and would recommend the company and him especially.

Upon completion I am 100% satisfied with the work done by Avalon. Salesperson Jason stayed in touch and administered several contract changes without any discrepancies. All did excellent work and Roger and Brad did excellent work on the house roof repairs.

it was the 2nd worst experience of my life. The salesman lied about the roofers all being certified and trained. The scheduled time to do the project kept being pushed back for 1 month. When they finally started the project - they sent an unqualified 3 person team. I had water coming in my ceiling when it rained. Some of theworkers they sent - said that they had never done roofing before. A one day roofing job took 7 months to complete. Honestly, it was the most unbelievably horrible experience that I have ever encountered with such a big and expensive project.

The initial communication was very poor, and I was not able to even get a quote from them. However, eventually, they sorted that out and offered a very good quote, so I proceeded with them. The actual concrete crew was very good, but the overall process was slow and communication could have been better.

I was very pleased with Chuck and his crew. He was very helpful from talking to my insurance and helping me pick out my materials/color. I would recommend his services to friends and family. They did a great job w/ clean up as well.

Wow! This company is for real! From the first contact person, Chuck, (Great guy,) to the office staff, to the guys delivering supplies, to the "no nonsense" roofers, thank you! I was impressed with the salesman (Chuck) the first day we spoke. he has been excellent about answering my questions and very patient with mine (a lot of questions). The job went very well and according to how I was to told it would go. Chuck has been back to verify everything has been cleaned up. This company (and Chuck) have lived up to every promise made about this job. Great company! I would recommend them to anyone!

The initial process with Chuck was excellent, he assisted with insurance contacts and here for our inspection with the adjuster. The Avalon work crew we had were very friendly and did a great job despite the heat of the summer. Some nails and debris were found and reported to Chuck. Overall wonderful experience.

After hearing great things about Avalon, I decided to use them for my Kitchen and Flooring project. Although it took longer than projected, the floors & kitchen look great and turned out exactly how I wanted.
