These guys are quick! My new roof looks 100 percent better.

It was expensive but they did an outstanding job. Fantastic.

I contacted a couple of well-recommended roofing firms. Avalon's price was the best and they were using quality materials. They completed the work promptly. The new roof looks great. Cleanup was done well.

Happy with the quality. They were cheaper than Anderson for windows, but higher than other companies for doors. We had some hiccups along the way, but I felt there were a lot of people there to get it done. I feel like that might have been half the reason why there were troubles in the first place. They had two project managers come out to give me the quote, a different guy to measure where the windows would be installed, the insulation crew, and then Brent and Shawn to install my windows and doors. It would have been nice to have just one person to deal with. If you have windows installed, Brent is very good at what he does. He is very careful and meticulous. Both guys made sure to get it right.

We are so thankful for everyone we came across with at this company. Our new roof looks great. They don’t mess around. They did all the work we agreed too and extra they didn’t have to do. We had an old tree limb that hung to low over our driveway that we hadn’t gotten around to cutting, and with our permission the crew cut it down cleaned it up and hauled it away. This was partly because of the fear that the delivery trucks top might hit it. Rather than have that happen they took precautions so it wouldn’t. When they were cleaning up our yard they even loaded up old carpet from an inside remodel. Its the little things they did that really show how much this company does. I am very pleased and know that my home will be taken care of if I have them doing the work.

They know their stuff. Very considerate of the interior, belongings, and exterior of my home while they replaced my roof, gutters, and blew in attic insulation. They have a good team. I was amazed at how efficient they are. Very pleased with the job. I like the color of the shingles. Looks very nice.

we gave them a $500 dollar deposit, they said it would take a couple of weeks before they started work.. as of today, we are waiting for the work to begin as far as will we hire them again, .. well we will have to see how the roof looks when work is completed and of corse make sure the rain stays outside

After being referred by a friend who's whole neighborhood used these guys I knew I was in good hands. Mike who came out to our home was personable and cute as a button. He was reasonable with price and because of our serious leaking problems put us up on the list. I didn't get to see the crew arrive, but came home from work and they were still working till nine at night. One of the guys got strung by a few hornets due to a nest we didn't know we had on our garage. I felt so bad for him. They ended up coming back the next day to finish clean up and did a walk around of the project with my husband. Some shingles during tear off ended up throwing off the tracking system on our garage door, but we called them and they came and corrected it right away. The entire project was no inconvenience and quick. Give these guys a call.

They do an absolute amazing job! Ryan was an awesome guy who presented everything we needed to know fast and accurately. I explained that I had been trying to find someone that would offer decent finance options and he told me to rest assured they had me covered. Which they did. Part of my job was even covered by my homeowners insurance due to hail damage. The group who came out to install were quiet, clean, and quick. They didn’t smoke or curse, and most importantly didn’t kill any of my plants. They even took care of my chimney. I am so impressed with the 50 year warranty and color match. Everything looks beautiful.

They are great! The people who did the roof were quick and clean. We had a small communication issue as to when the materials were going to be delivered, but luckily we where home. The delivery driver was smart enough to park on the street so as to not add stress to our newly paved driveway. Other than that the project was absolutely amazing. I refer them to my family and friends and enjoyed working with them.

Contracted Avalon to do repair work on my house before it was to be painted. Doug Draper came out and did a very thorough and honest inspection. He was wonderful and listened to my concerns. I would and will (if needed) call again, if I need anything else. He picked the right crew that fit the job needed. Very important. Thanks Doug and Avalon, for a job well done!

I knew I wanted Polaris Windows due to researching different types of windows. Avalon was the only company that offered them. I called Polar Seal as well to compare prices just so I knew I was doing due diligence. They offered a good comparison, but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. When Randy came over to give us an estimate he offered us a reasonable price on the black exterior white interior windows we wanted as well as a glass sliding door. Only bad part of the experience was we were not informed that black spacers were going to take an extra month for delivery from Polaris. We were so excited to have the new windows and door in that the set back to the timeline was disappointing. Otherwise, we were very impressed with Avalon. The schedulers were great, installers were awesome, and the price was fair for exactly what we wanted.

I received a list from my homeowners insurance that had to be corrected on my home in order to keep my insurance. I mean I wanted my roof done as it was old and at the point, but I knew if I really wanted too I could it myself. I reroofed my own barn and garage, but the convience of having someone else do it made my decision easier. I set an appointment with them as someone came to my door and asked. The guy who gave me the quote was super nice and had a good sense of humor. Turns out my daughter knows him. The crew arrived a few days later to install my new roof. I work two jobs so I got to see them before I left for work and they got right to it. I came home from work and it was done. I found a few nails from where they removed the dumpster, but they didn’t wreck any of my flowers. I never received an invoice telling me what was done or how much materials they ended up using which would have been nice to have, but it looks great.

He reminded me of my son as he was so compassionate to the state of my current roof's condition. He treated me exactly how he would want to be treated. Avalon took all the issues I had into account and resolved them! I am still blown away with how hard they worked. I got the most talented roofers to put on the worlds greatest roof! They are amazing at their craft! Thank you!

I wanted a roofer that was very qualified, who had experience, and expertise when it came to craftsmanship with mansard roofs to replacement my own. While their price was high, I knew from the moment that the salesman walked in that he was honest. Avalon fit my criteria. He and I agreed to the work and he gave my wife and I an estimate start date. That date was pushed back a bit due to extremely hot weather which was a slight disappointment. However, on the day the crew arrived they were all very professional. The leader Severino made sure the crew was respectful to our home, landscaping, and each other. He asked us if they could work on Sunday, rather than assuming, to come to completion on the project quicker. They worked hard to complete my roof. His crew put in 12 hour days, yet still found moments to have a good time working together. That says something about the morale of Avalon. It was a big job, and while I found a few nails when it was all said and done, they didn’t make promises they couldn’t keep. My new roof looks amazing and I am very pleased with my selection.

I knew what I wanted. Avalon was able to get me financed with no interest for a year. The guys who came to my home to give us an estimate knew they were not the first ones through the door, so they tailored their presentation to my husband and I. We signed with them and had a few communication issues after the install. The dumpster was not communicated to us that it was gonna be delivered, nor that it would take a full 24 hours to get picked up after the roof was completed. I mean we used that to our advantage to throw away a lot of junk around the house, but still it took up a lot of space. The crew themselves worked hard and kept working until they were done. The kept my landscaping around the house neat and didn’t damage any bushes, but they did move some personal items that were close to the home while tearing off the old roof and didn’t put them back after they were done. Overall, we are happy with the work and the roof looks beautiful.

Was told they were 4 to 6 weeks out, I had to call them at around 7 weeks to find out what was going on and were they coming out. I was told they would send out the flooring guy. When he showed up, he had no idea about the contracted "rebuild" of our floor and he was not able to do that. Then they sent out another guy who looked at the work and said it would take a couple days to complete. I explained to him that we were promised it would be a one day job, and if longer, that the toilet would at least be functional at the time of the crew leaving. He said that was not possible. I said that we could not do it then and he said he would try to make it happen on the following Tuesday or Wednesday. Well, I heard nothing and called the company again. We were told that they would now be out Friday BUT we would not have a toilet until Monday. I again said no. They finally said they would do it on the Following Monday. I called them back and said that if they did not show up on that Monday and complete the work that I would insist on my deposit being returned. They did show up and complete the majority of the work that Monday. The crew that did the work was very nice. I do not feel I should have to contact a company that many times to get a job completed. I will not use Avalon a second time.

Top notch professionals. I had them install new windows in my basement and upon them taking out the old ones found my whole bottom sill was rotted away under the flashing. Surprisingly, the installer had everything he needed in his truck and could take care of it without having to drive everywhere to get parts. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. They did great trim work around the windows and made sure to put foam behind the trim. They make it easy to recommend to my friends and family.

They went the extra mile for me. They put forth the effort to find someone that would finance me when others wouldn’t. They made my vision possible. I had the ugliest house on the block, and while the project took longer to start than the guy who came out to give me the quote stated, they made it clear as to why it took longer. Once they did start the projects it was bam bam bam and knocked out. There were little kinks in the road, but that doesn’t really matter to me as I know when you are doing a construction project **** happens. They did a beautiful job. They made suggestions for the design, but truly listened to me to make it mine. I got exactly what I wanted and throughly enjoy my front porch entertaining area.

They did a great job! Did it exactly the way I would have done my roof if I still did. I was willing to pay more to have it done quickly and done right. Randy and I had a great conversation when he came out to give my wife and I the estimate. We liked him a lot. He didn’t give us the round around or treat us like idiots. I knew I choose the right company by how the crew set up and staged my home for tear off. They got a good slope with their plywood and tarps to keep all the crap away from my home and landscaping. Juan who ran the crew was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He knew how to operate his team for efficiency. I did find one nail when it was all said and done, but that is one nail out of thousands which is extremely impressive. Great job guys.

I was looking for someone that could build a deck with a ramp on my condo. Avalon was the first company that was very inviting. Other companies where elusive about giving information on how they would exactly go about making the design stretch happen. I really like that they stand behind their products. They didn’t charge me until the job was done and they knew I liked it. They really listened to me and worked with me, not just for me. Thank you Avalon!!!

David was polite and courteous to work with. He built a friendship with us as he provided us the estimate and Avalon completed our roof. The roof was put on super fast. Very happy with them and look forward to having our gutters done by them.

They went above and beyond to make everything right. Our original windows had cracks in them and were noisy. We had multiple companies come out to give us an estimate, and while they were not the cheapest they presented a triple pane window at a decent price. Jesus explained more details about the windows over the other companies, and how Avalon would install everything. Whole process took two days for installation. The two guys who did all the work were neat and orderly. While the drywall made a mess, they covered all the furniture to try and keep the dust down. Very respectful. The new windows are much quieter, but are harder to clean the tracks than our previous windows.

The work for both the insulation and the roof vent were rescheduled several times. For both jobs, the contracted resource did not realize what they were getting into and either had to come back some other day or had to go back for more supplies to finish the job. Sales does not talk to the people doing the work and does not do a good job of detailing the job on the quote so contract resources know what to expect. The "quoting" process is a joke. You can't get an invoice from them to verify that the cost matches the work (supplies/materials or labor). The invoice shows the quoted cost and doesn't even list out the 2 jobs and the cost of each. Don't bother asking for a detailed invoice because they won't supply it. We had a different contractor complete the work needed inside the house. Some of the materials from our inside contractor were used to complete the roof vent. But we can't get an itemized invoice to compare to what material we had already paid for. The roofer went to Home Depot for over an hour but we have no idea if we are being charged for materials he actually used for our job or if we are being charged for that time either. Avalon told me they purchase materials/supplies in bulk so they can't itemize. So why did the roofer need to go to Home Depot? Shouldn't he have the materials he needed prior to showing up for the job? We will need of a new roof and potentially new siding in the next couple years. We will not be using Avalon ever again.
