The best of the best! From beginning to end total satisfaction. The guys were professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. They understood what I needed and did not try and sell me something I didn’t. The crew worked their tails off in frigid temperatures. I have already received many compliments from my neighbors on the new roof and oh yeah, I like it too.

Fast response to replace and repair front porch wood when a leak was found. Over all our new roof and gutters look great.

When I discovered that I needed a new roof it was a little overwhelming! I went ahead and scheduled three estimates from different companies. The first two were absolutely horrible so I was not looking forward to the third. When Jason showed up, I immediately got a great feeling that this guy wasn't going to be at all shady and very forthright and nothing but honest. Jasons presentation was flawless and I knew I was going to go with Avalon just because of him and his approach!!! The finance crew was awesome as well. They spelled out everything that I had to do with the upmost professionalism which made everything very easy. When the crew showed up, they went right to working stayed focused all day; their work was great and commitment to finish timely was awesome! They did a great job. I highly recommend Avalon for all of your roofing needs! Great work by the whole team indeed. Thanks Again!

GREAT PRICE - TREATED US GREAT! The crew was on time and fantastic. Cleaned up everything when they were done, even did thorough clean up off the site. What I was amazed of - Did the whole job in one day. Very hard workers. The roof sets over house above others in the neighborhood. I highly recommend the crew.

These guys blew me away! I will always sing their praises after my project. I am very happy I selected them over the other companies we had give us an estimate. Chris’s personality and their finance options were what really sold us. They were middle of the line for price. Chris was not pushy at all. He just laid out our options and shared his knowledge of the state of my roof and how Avalon would fix it. He wrote the contract to include all new decking as he found out from climbing into our attic the roof was not up to code. As we are about to list the house, being able to finance with no payments for 12 months means that the sale of the house will pay for the roof. They even informed me they would honor their warranty for the new homeowners. The crew who actually installed our roof were beyond professional. I was most impressed that they worked into the night to complete the roof in one day! The 5 man crew were done with everything at 7ish, but were not in a hurry or anything to leave. They rolled a magnetic through my yard for a good hour after the roof was done to make sure all nails were picked up. They even blew off the patio of all the shingle dust. I am so thrilled with their work. Most shocking part of the whole thing - I got a call on a Saturday from Adam asking if he could do a walk around of my roof to make sure I was happy. That’s amazing customer service!

I just had my whole roof replaced by Avalon Building Concepts. Everyone in this company went above and beyond! I mean EVERYONE, from the salesman (making sure I received the best products at the best price..thanks Doug!) to the installers (who were professional courteous and down right awesome at what they do!). Even their Customer Service department jumped in to make sure my roof was completed by my deadline. I typically refuse reviewing companies, but in this case I had to share!

I got referred to Avalon by two individuals who I respect the opinion of that had both worked with Avalon in the past. We were under a time crunch so we didn't get multiple estimates, but their representative crawled up into our attic and got on our roof. He was able to determine that our dormer was not correctly flashed and that was the source of our leak. We were pleasantly surprised at the price. I thought the price would be a few thousand more than what we were quoted. They did our roof on Thanksgiving Day arriving while we were home at 8 AM and finishing after we had left for dinner with the family. They brought a big crew to complete the job in one day. We did find some black tar marks on our siding and some scraps left over in our yard the next day, but it was dark when they left. Overall, they do a professional job and my roof is leak free.
