4/d The whole process went fine. The employees were very courteous and went about their business.
Description of Work: In finished basement - moved furniture, removed carpet & padding, placed carpet back down, vacuumed water from carpet and any standing water, placed 4 large dehumidifiers and 7 snail fans in basement and left them there to run for 4 days. Returned after 4 days, removed fans & dehumidifiers and took padding and disposed of. This took a total of 6 hrs and we felt they really took advantage of the situation. After comparing rental charges from some local rental companies - they more than double charged for the dehumidifiers, and when we added up the total hourly labor rate it came to $157.98/hr and there were only 2 people working for the whole 6 hours.

Overall, they over delivered their promise to me. They actually got the job done 2 weeks before they said they were going to.
Description of Work: Arrow came to my house after my toilet over flowed, from my upstairs bathroom. The water went through 2 floors into my basement. They had to dry all three floors, tear out drywall, and carpet. They get a fantastic job. The second part was to get everything back to pre-loss condition and once again did a fantastic job. They were very detail oriented, communication was great, and treated me like I was the only person they were working with. (even though that had 25 other customers they were doing work with) I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who has had a disaster at their home. PS Ryan is the man!

WELL I W AS ON SIGHT EVERY DAY. TO MAKE SURE MY HOUSE WAS BEING DON?T AND ALL THE RESTORATION COMPANY WANTED TO DO IS FIGHT WITH ME WAS NEVER HERE ON TIME AND WOULD SHOW UP AT NOON AND LEAVE AT 2PM THEY WOULD SAY CAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF GRAND RAPIDS WICH IS ONLY 1 HOUR FROM MY HOUSE. THEY HAD CONTRACTRORS WALK OFF CAUSE THEY DID NOT PAY THEM ON TIME AND THEY WOULD NOT COME BACK. I HAD TO PUT ALL THE WINDOWS IN MY HOME MYSELY AND BUILD THE BACK STEPTS MY SELF . THE PEOPLE THAT AERROW SENT TO WORK ON MY HOME NEVER HAD THERE OWN TOOLS TO DO THE JOB WOULD BORROW MY TABLE SAW C IRCULAR SAW THE GUY THEY SENT ONLY BROUGHT A HAMMER WITH HIM. HOW CAN YOU DO A JOB WITH OUT TOOL I WOULD TELL HIM ALL THE TIME .TODAY THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE TO FIX MY FLOOR WICH IS A FLOATING FLOOR ONE OF THE BOARDS BROKE WHERE IT LOCKED TOGOTHER AND THEY JUST PUT CALKING OVER IT.IT LOOK VERRY BAD THEY TOLD USE TO MOVE ARE COUCH TO THAT PLACE SO NO ONE CAN SEE IT .THATS A BUNCH OF CRAP .I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE EVERY THEY ARE VERY RUDE TO PEOPLE.
Description of Work: (05/01/2010 TO 08/21/2010) HAD A ,WOULD HOUSE FIRE ON 04/30/2010 AND THE RESTORATION COMPANY HAD TO REBUILD MY HOME THEY DID NOT LEVEL THE FLOORS IN THE HOUSE PUT KITCHEN CABENTS AND COUNTER 48INCHES OFF THE FLOOR AND HACKED EVERY THING UP. THERE FIX TO EVERY THING IS TO FILL IT WITH CALKING WALLS FLOOR AND TRIM EXCESSCALK. ONLY BEEN BACK IN MY HOUSE JUST 6 MONTS AND EVERY THING IS FALLING APART AND TO CALL THIM ON THE WARINTY THEY MAKE EXCUSSES AND BLAME IT ON THE INSURANCE COMPANY WHEN THEY WERE THE ONES THAT GOT PAYED BY ME WITH INSURANCE MONEY AND MADE ALL KINDS OF PROMISSES AND DON’T DILLIVER ON THEM. MY INTIRE HOUSE WAS REBUILT BY THEM.
