Description of Work: Don't rent from this company if you have a choice. Once you rent from them they immediately put your apartment up for rent (they rent mostly to students so rental agreements are from July 31). If someone comes along a month after you sign the lease in August and wants to rent your apartment next August, you can keep your apartment only if you sign a new lease that ups the rent $100 a month during the term of your present lease! I rented an apartment from this company for less than 2 years and my rent was raised 3 times ($100 more each time) during this period. Also, they nickle and dime you to death. They do not care about good rental relations they want only to squeeze every dime out of you. The only good I can say is that their maintenance people are superb. Sorry that they have to work for such an organization.
