They were referred by my insurance company. They came out and replaced my windshield and everything was great. But when it was replaced and it rained, water was coming in my car. So the wind shield leaked. I reached for them over the phone and they kind of questioned it and they didn?t think it had anything to do with the wind shield. After a couple of phone calls, they asked me to bring my car down to their collision center. They did a plaster test and there was no leak on the wind shield. But my car still leaks so I got other people to look at it. I called All Star back and talked to one of the managers and said they will send somebody to remove the wind shield and replace it. So eventually they removed and replaced it and that second time was fine. But it was a two months of a difficult process. It was really easy to set up the initial service for them to come out and replace it and the billing was fine. But the fact that I had a problem, their customer service fell apart. I did not have a good person to talk to and I did not feel that there was anyone who can help me out. The cost was covered by my insurance and I had no problem with that.

I hit a deer and smashed my windshield pretty good. Allstar Glass was the lowest quoted price in town (I called a number of places that quoted me higher, then said they would match, but Allstar quoted the lowest first). They were very responsive and did a quick turn-around. I had windshield chips which they vacuumed and cleaned the inside front of my car. I picked it up after-hours and they provided a business card, invoice and my key. Overall great service - can't go wrong.
