Description of Work: The technician (Paul) replaced both elements in my water heater. He was pleasant, quick and neat. The only minor flub (hardly worth mentioning) was that when I first called, the dispatcher said she would call back in 30 minutes. I called back after four hours. She had forgotten. She was very nice and apologetic, and everything "flowed" quickly after that. This is the second time I've used these folks. They are now permanently in my contact list.

THE MEN WHO CAME TO MY HOME DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY REPLACED THE PIPE IN A CONVENIENT AND TIMELY MANNER. THEY EVEN REPLACED THE GRASS WHERE THEY DUG TO INSTALL THE PIPE. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH FOR ME.
