Advanced Restorations Inc

This past winter I had a pipe burst in my basement and contacted Advanced Restoration to fix the water damage that had occured. They came out and met with the insurance company to decide on a price and how much damage. After the inspection was completed they came up with a total to fix all of the damage and the insurance company wrote Advanced Restorations a check to finsih all of the work. Once they left they said they would be back the following day to start on the work. Days went by and they did now show. 2 months later we have called, left several messages and even drove to there place of buisness with no response. They have taken our money and no work has been completed!

He did not do the work because he thought it was too valuable of a rug. He has a lot of integrity. He was very friendly. He was very knowledgeable and professional.I would recommend them to a friend. He is very honest.

Their website convinced me that this was what I should do for our once-beautiful rug! I dropped off the rug (we rolled and then folded it to get it in my Prius!) and got it back about 10 days later. It had been used in our main living area for 10 years. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, so there was hair on top of the years of ground-in dirt and a couple of places where we'd cleaned up and quot;accidents.and quot; Advanced Restorations really did restore it! They made the carpet beautiful again, the fringe white again - it was a miracle. I don't think they're a great bargain cost-wise so I only gave them a C and quot;Fairand quot; for cost. The cost was about $5 a square foot, but we certainly got our money's worth. Their system of blowing out all the dirt, then submerging the rug in running water to gently clean away stuck-in soil without bleeding the colors into each other was miraculous. A great resource for anyone who has an older, valuable carpet.

The rug cleaners took the rugs to their shop and and worked on them, using different methods/baths, machines for each carpet, as each rug needed a separate method. ALL stains were removed completely. The cleaners were very knowledgeable about the rugs and how to clean each one. For high quality and heirloom carpets, I would highly recommend them.

I thought they did an excellent job. I was very happy with how it made my house smell so good. They did not complain at all when I asked them to move a couple of the bigger pieces of furniture for me. I did help them some though. I will be using them again in the future.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON THE CARPETS. I BELIEVE THAT THE PRICE WAS VERY AFFORDABLE, THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.
