They did a good job on the gutters and siding, but never showed up to do the windows and screens. Their emails request that if the customer needs to "update...or cancel your appointment, please give us a call" but they don't bother being as considerate to their customers. I drove two hours and rearranged a day's work specifically to be there for them. They not only never showed, they never even bothered calling or emailing to let us know they weren't coming. They do a good job, IF they come and IF they let you know. They are neither reliable nor are they considerate of their customers. You might look elsewhere.

Great! Everything is clean. They were punctual and professional. They were very careful of the landscaping and furnishings. The screens were repaired, delivered and placed back in the windows wishing a week. I thought the price was very reasonable given the size of the house and the number of windows.
Description of Work: The house was power washed one day, all the windows were cleaned inside and out the next day, plus they took three screens to repair.

It went fine. Didn't drop leaves on ground but put them in a bucket to dispose of. Ran longer on job before ours and called to let us know they would be delayed. Appreciated that info and then came when they anticipated they would be here.

The price was for both my neighbor and I, we have a shared drive way. I wouldn't use them again because they didn't do a great job. Sometimes, they were slow to respond after it snowed. They were pretty high priced.

Description of Work: I used Absolutely Clean Windows to clean my windows and wash my screens. They did an amazing job!!!! They were not the cheapest but they are by far the best company I have ever used. I guess you get what you pay for. I will be using them again for sure!

The estimator showed up promptly and provided an estimate that was acceptable. The job was scheduled within a week of the estimate. The workers showed up on time; began immediately and cleaned up afterwards. They did 35 multi-mullioned windows in less than 2 hours. Great job!
Description of Work: They cleaned the exterior windows, sills and screen channels. This house is a difficult house to clean because some parts are actually 3 stories. All windows had numerous mullions and some had transit lites above. They had a crew of 3 and they did the whole job in less than 2 hours. Great service.

I had left voice messages for a few companies to get a quote on house washing but Absolutely Clean Windows Inc was the only company to return my call. They scheduled the washing for later in the week - quick scheduling! I let them know that I wanted to be home when they did the job so we scheduled it for the afternoon on a Friday. They arrived early (11:20-ish) and had already started the job by the time I got home. The house looks great, I am very pleased with the work they did.

The company provided a free estimate. Nothing in the house was disturbed. No debris was left behind. I thought that the cost was well worth it.
