THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!!! We had called numerous other window companies, who charged us for estimates and told us that we could not just have the foggy sections fixed/replaced (the windows in question were sliding windows, parts of three-piece sets)--we had to have ALL THREE windows in each set replaced. Total estimate? 6,000 bucks! AAA came out to do the ABSOLUTELY FREE estimate WITHOUT asking me to leave work to meet them. When the estimate came in at $360 (120/window) I was floored--could this be right? When I called to discuss the estimate and the actual work that would be done, I was treated with professional courtesy and patience. They ordered the windows for me on Friday, and promised to have them installed by Wednesday the following week...and then I got the call on Monday, letting me know they could replace the windows that day. The technician that did the replacement was very punctual, and thorough. He not only replaced the windows, but cleaned up after himself and stuck around to answer any questions I had about their warranty. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THEM!
Description of Work: AAA replaced three windows in our home that had broken seals, which created a fogged look between the panes, and allowed a lot of heat to escape.
