A1 Irrigation

Absolutely terrible. Job has taken 3 weeks to finish for a small city yard. Job is still not done with no response from him. System not covering all areas of lawn and professional landscaping. Numerous emails have been sent since the beginning of the job to tell him what is not getting watered. I even told him to check out each head himself. Which he supposedly did. I lost plants so far for him not getting the job done. The second day that the job was mostly done the system kept running and flooding the area between houses. So much water that it pushed the dirt away from the pipes. I had to call the cities water emergency dept. because he didn't get back to me for awhile. What a pain! I feel like it was a quick and be done project.

We are very pleased with A1's service. They arrived on time, made sure the system was working perfectly and even repaired a couple of broken irrigation heads. Did not take very long and the system is now ready to go for the season. Would definitely recommend to others.

Jeremy was wonderful to work with. He and his crew were courteous, professional, prompt, neat and helpful in suggesting sprinkler head placement and programming tips. The crew used a machine to insert and bury the piping as well as hand dug in sensitive areas. They arranged for the utilities to mark the location of their lines in our yard. When they were done you couldn't tell that they'd even been there except for the addition of a high quality sprinkler system having been added to our yard that is hidden until it activates to water our lawn and planting beds. We couldn't be happier with the entire process and the result! The price came in exactly as bid and the results were better than we had hoped for. We would highly recommend A1 Irrigation to anyone interested in having a sprinkler system in their yard.

Can't say enough about Jeremy's professionalism, customer service and punctuality. He programmed the Timer for us and reviewed it's operation including hints as to how to more easily adjust watering times. The company who originally installed the system didn't provide nearly the customer service that A-1 did!
