Instead of hiding the fact that they dinged the front door frame with the washing machine and I contact me about it, I had to contact them to get them to fix it.

Very happy with the service. Hard working, polite and quick. None of my materials appeared to be damaged.. There were two negatives. Scheduled for 8:30 am but they showed up at 9:15 am. They did call to let us know they were going to be late. They backed their truck into one of my neighbors cars and damaged a tail light. They called their manager who took care of that issue. Overall, it was a very good service and well worth the cost.

It went very well. They were there a few minutes early from the 8:30am scheduled start time. Both guys were very polite and worked very quickly and effciently to wrap all my furniture carefully and make sure it was well protected before they moved it. They did a great job and got it done quicker than expected. I had one small piece of glass that they broke and they took measurements and had a replacement piece delivered to me later that night. I used them in 2012 and now again in 2014. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were on time. One worker forgot his inhaler (an understandable mistake), so he took more breaks than normal. The old apartment was on the 3rd floor so the moving took a bit longer than I anticipated. The two guys were very professional. They wrapped everything nicely. I did not know until they got there that the do not move lamps; had I known I could have moved those first. Also, the calculations of driving times from their truck warehouse seemed off. Google maps calculated it should take 15-20 mins each way, they charged form 30 mins each way. When I asked the one mover told me it's because they can't take normal roads with their truck, they have to drive slower and/or take different roads. I didn't fight it, for the difference of $40 or so I said whatever. The rest of the experience was great so I would use them again.

They did not have a runner in our new place only at our former home. Both had hardwood floors and seems like this should have been addressed. One of the legs broke on my patio chair. They took the chair to have it repaired and I still have not received my chair back as they felt it could not be repaired. They offered to pay for 1/2 of a replacement chair. We could not procure a new one from the set as they are only sold in sets. A designer suggested I get a teak bench, so different that it would seem like it was meant to be. So I found one very inexpensively and ordered it. Unfortunately, the bench arrived damaged but my son helped me glue it and put it together. I am pleased that they decided to be professional and take care of the situation and not blame me for the weather.

A wonderful company to do business with! It went very well. I had the best experience with them from the get go; unlike other companies I had called to inquire about doing business with. Just the phone conversations with other companies...had me search for another company with more professional and compassionate mannerisms. A and C Careful Moving did and had it all:) I would recommend them to anyone that is moving!

The movers were prompt, courteous, and efficient. The invoice brought no surprises as the person I spoke with about an estimate clearly explained how they charge for their services. Greg and Wes called and informed about the 30 min delayed start. I was okay with that. It gave me extra time to pack a few more boxes. On arrival, Greg went over the rules and explained what is and is-not covered by the move. Move took 12-13 hours and everything went very well. They did a great job of placing the furniture and boxes where we wanted them. Move itself was 3.5 mile driving distance. They had to make 3 trips. They worked tirelessly. They even moved my old furniture to the curbside for the trash guy to pick up. Will recommend them to others.

Greg and Chad were just great. They showed up on time, gave us a rundown of what was going to happen and they got to work. The furniture we moved was older stuff we were sending to our new vacation home but they wrapped the furniture and treated everything as if it were new. The absolutely did a careful job...no issues, no damage. They even figured out how to work our new elevator (we didn't :)) I would highly recommend Aand C; they came, they did the job, they left...everyone was happy! And the price was reasonable for 11.5 hours of work on a Friday the 13th! Nice job guys...and thanks again...we never could have done it by ourselves. My husband and I consider it money well spent! Unfortunately, it didn't go at all.

They moved the gun safe quickly and carefully and placed it exactly where i wanted it.

I found them online. They were really careful. They were pretty good movers. I have used movers over the years and their price was fine. It was $60 an hour for 2 men. They were reliable and they were really careful with my furniture and with the carpet. I would hire them again.
