Description of Work: Hired for me by my home warranty provider. They showed up quickly (weekend) diagnosed the problem (hot water heating system fill valve failure) and proposed a solution to quickly fix the problem. Unfortunately, this resulted in an additional fee assessed by my warranty company so I had to wait two days for the repair to be performed. A-1 repaired the boiler on Monday.
