Servicemaster Restore, Clay Ave., Sw, Grand Rapids

I called them late in the afternoon and they arrived within two hours. The office is one hour drive away. They were prepared to do an estimate and perform the work. Because we chose to remove most of the basement items ourselves, they returned as soon as we finished. They left equipment to help dry out the basement. I mistakenly thought that the walls were not done fully, so they came back without charge and scrubbed them to be sure that the black on the walls was not from mold. They advised us that they could prime the walls with anti-mold growth inhibeters. We chose to do that ourselves. They were very pleasant and willing to do whatever we needed to be satisfied. Considering that they are one hour away, I am very impressed with there customer service! Gale Wolf and Jimmy were very pleasant and helpful. I am very satisfied with the company, which my insurance company and other restoration companies highly rate!
