Rod's was very helpful in completing a large job timely. We had to have the new heating system installed before we could have the house inspected for closing on the home loan and Rod went above and beyond to accomplish this. His pricing was comparable to others we received estimates from and his work is high quality. We have had a couple of followup questions on our heating system and his response was a little slow but it was during a "busy" season.

The first time I used them they were a subcontractor to another company and they put a whole bathroom in our basement. The second time they replaced the sump pump for me and most recently they install a water heater. I'm very pleased with it. I love them, they are prompt, very reasonable and I always ask for the same plumber. One other time they replaced a water line to a washer. It froze up so they brought the line inside the house. They were very reasonable, I had gotten other estimates. I went on the unit and priced the tankless unit. They had a smaller unit with less gallons per minute. I told them I could get a bigger unit for that same price and they went online and matched it. I went on the internet and priced the tankless unit.
