Advisor was thorough to explain the need. Workers were punctual, efficient. The work was professional in detail and with minimum inconvenience.

Mark Group was great to work with, very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. We really got the sense that they were experts, and felt the most comfortable with their proposal and recommendations. Our 1950 ranch-style home developed significant mold in the attic, requiring a new roof/ventilation, mold removal and, as a final step, new insulation. Mark Group was very helpful in advising us about potential considerations with roof replacement in addition to the energy/insulation component they were focused on. The team did a terrific job, were very respectful of our home and property and completed the work in a single day.

The initial review was handled professionally and completed in a reasonable timeframe. The subsequent, more detailed, evaluation was also completed in an very professional manner. The recommendations made by Mark Group were reasonable and clear. As they had promised because the savings did not move us to the level of receiving state funding, they refunded the entire cost of the detailed evaluation.

Mark Group Inc were excellent all way around and they were outstanding, we had a great experience with them. The technicians who actually did the work, they followed up. It is an outstanding company. They were knowledgeable, they explained the procedure, they were clean, professional, just all around addressed all my concerns, I had a couple of concerns and they just were very good explaining it, excellent explanation, the technicians were good guys. The sales guy came out and he did an excellent presentation and just based on that, I said let's go with him and when the guys came out, they came out the time they promised, they were very courteous and clean. There was a very little mess, they cleaned up after they finished up. They were excellent on price. They were honest.

The processing of the loan took a long time with a lot of followup. Some promises made to us in order to secure the job are not happening and no one is calling back. I made several attempts to call/e-mail the salesman and then his supervisor with no response. Poor professionalism on the part of Mark Group. Received call back from Customer Care Representative. She was very responsive to my problem and promises that were made. She called back several times to make sure that the issue was resolved.

They seemed to be more efficient, the most knowledgeable and professional. They were by far the most expensive, though. They seemed like the best company to use out of the others we were looking into. There was 4 people here doing the work and they were there when they said they would be there. They cleaned up well after themselves, also.

They pointed out areas of air loss that needed to be covered or blocked and advised more attic insulation which service they will provide. Their price offer seems reasonable. I'm still crunching numbers.

Would recommend this company to anyone. All staff members are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Great experience.

Things went well for the most part. I was very pleased with the service with two minor complaints: One, one of the workers had a misstep in the attic crawl space which resulted in him stepping through the kitchen ceiling. They had to come to repair the hole in the ceiling a few days later, and it was patched but not painted or blended in, so you can still see where the work was done there. In addition, they were supposed to do additional work insulating the basement crawl space, but due to some moisture down which went unnoticed during the initial inspection, they were not able to complete this work. It took several weeks for Gordon to respond to my follow-up questions about that, and he said in the end that they recommended I have the basement waterproofed before he could do the work.

I was happy with them. They were okay and very professional. They knew what they were doing. I had a good experience with them. They gave good service.

They did a fine job. My husband was impressed with their service. One guy came out and tested the house looking for leaks and then another guy came to make suggestions on what could be done. My husband was very impressed with the guy checking for the leaks and he was not as impressed with the second team due to their knowledge. Everyone was very professional. They made suggestions and they were thorough with the work.

Had mix up with load paperwork . Work was done on time and neatly.

They have a scheduling service which was done primarily through email. The service was good. The technician came out and did the audit. We decided not to go with their recommendations but appreciated having the knowledge.

The workers were on time and went right to work until the job was done. They cleaned up after the job and left things in good condition. Very Very Good.

Excellent. Initial contact was with Mr. Rick Phillips and a young man in training....they were professional, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail as they went along. At no time did Mr. Phillips try to "nit-pick" as some companies do to increase your price. He was fair and honest. I had to change my appointment twice and I spoke with Danielle in their office. Very delightful, and assured me there was no problem with schedule changes. Again, very professional Work was done on April 28th....three crew members showed up on time. Very friendly and courteous. They covered my stairway and hallway carpeting to avoid dirtying the carpet...again, everything was explained to me, and they even spoke to my husband on the phone to answer his questions and concerns. They were polite and went about their work efficiently. When they were finished, they cleaned up and it was done. I was very pleased with this company from start to finish.

They arrived punctually, were professional and delivered good work. Price seemed a bit high.

It was good and we liked the service. They got the audit done in about 2 hours. The crew was pretty good. They got the audit back to me in a couple of weeks and gave me their recommendations.

Scheduling was easy and there were two people here to do the audit. The appointment was helpful to see where we were at. We did not use them since they were too expensive on pricing.

The energy audit was very thorough and informative. All professionals were very easy to work with, neat, tidy, respectful, and thoughtfully answered all questions. When they did the work, they were punctual, neat, extremely tidy, and very respectful. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to make sure there house was as energy efficient as possible

The service turned out well. They were thorough with the service. They let us know a few things that we could do and due to the construction of the home with vaulted ceilings it is harder to get the home heated. The guy was very personable and thorough. We had no issues at all. He was very honest that part of the problem was due to the construction of the home.
