Description of Work: Ray and his son bid on some interior/ exterior upgrades to my new house. I was very satisfied with his quote; however, I telephoned Ray approximately 8-10 times to set up the bid date as well as post bid with questions and he never answered the phone, it always went to voicemail. I really wanted to work with Ray because he had several great references. But in the end I couldn't stomach the idea that if I had any questions it would take a week of telephone-tag to get a response.

 + 0 moreRay and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up the work area each day when finished. Working with Ray was like working with a coworker you trust. He provided good advice and helped make important decisions in consultation with me. The bathroom turned out great. The new tile, shower, vanity, lighting and fixtures look great together and the quality of the work put into it is self evident. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They remodeled a bathroom including: Replaced the floor (they found part of it was rotted and did the necessary repairs), removed the tub/shower and replaced with a walkin shower, installed a new vanity and fixtures, lighting, mirror/medicine cabinet.
