They did a very nice job...carpet looks like new.

We have used them for years. They are not the cheapest, but the service level provided by this family business is more than worth the extra cost. They took two hours to removed stains from both our carpet and bar stools. They are by far the best carpet cleaners we have every used.

Chem Dry did an excellent job and we appreciated their natural, nontoxic cleaning solutions. The service team could not have been more professional and courteous.

We only do it maybe yearly or a little more than that. I like the method of their cleaning. They've always been really good when they're here. They're prompt, they're quite, they get it done. They wouldn't be back here if we didn't like them. Their pricing is just about in line with others. I have always trusted them in the house. They clean the carpet really good. If I'm not happy with it later, they'll come back. They tell you that before they leave and they mean it. There are many dates open and many times that you could choose from, that's not a problem.

John and Stephanie work well as a team. They thoroughly explained every step they were doing or going to do. They had a daunting task when they entered the condo considering my health condition, a cat with tummy problems, and an old 8 pound dog that isn't house broken. Hope they were as pleased with themselves as I was with them when they left my premises. Their products are all earth and pet friendly which is very important to me.

The contractors arrived on time as scheduled and were very friendly. They explained what they would do and took measurements. After measuring the area, they gave me a price quote. They moved furniture at no extra charge. They vacuumed the carpets even though I vacuumed before they arrived (just part of their procedure). It took about 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. My only complaint is the amount of time it took to dry. They said about 6 hours (they were finished around 1 pm) and the carpets were still damp this morning. Since it was my Living Room and Family Room, the drying time was quite an inconvenience. I will most likely use them again because the dry time is still less than traditional cleaners and the carpets look great. Next time however, I think I will only do one room at a time.

Chem-Dry was on time, vacuumed prior to cleaning, spot cleaned, then thoroughly cleaned the areas I had requested. The work was excellent. They have been doing my carpets for 17 years.

Professional, yet personable and very efficient. Called on Monday morning to schedule and they were able to come the next day. I made sure to tell them I really needed it done on Tuesday as I had that day off work. Was glad they were so willing to accommodate my last minute scheduling!

The carpets were expertly cleaned and dried within hours. The Karastan rugs were taken back to the plant to be cleaned. There was no extra charge for this service.

They give us advice. They use more natural things. They used a brush system on my puppy's urine stains and it did just fine. They are great. The quality is good, fast, quick, and reliable.

They do not steam clean; it is a different type of cleaning they use. I don't think they use any chemicals and it is great for people who have kids. My carpets are always come out really clean and fresh smelling. I have people try to steam clean my carpets but it has always caused problems with animal messes. Chem Dry took care of this issue for me. They have been very prompt, quick and informative. I will use them again in the future.

They're great. They're very responsible, very neat, and did a lot of prep work to make sure they protected floors and walls. They did not want to transport their equipment over the carpet upstairs, so they did it by hand. They're very conscientious and you find that in their cleaning as well.
