Overall, I thought the job was done very well. Since neither party expected three layers to have to be taken up the end result was a little different that I had expected, but we made it work in the end. And they didn't charge me extra, which I was expecting. From start to finish all guys that came to the house were friendly and professional. The initial visit was just for a bathroom upstairs and the guy ended up checking the entire house for free, which was very nice! I called around to a couple of other places and Ameri Pro's prices couldn't be beat. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: We had a leak in our bathroom so Ameri Pro came out to remediate the mold sitaution that resulted. They ended up taking three layers of floor up, which was unexpected as we only thought there was one layer. They sealed the rest of the house off, and used an air scrubber the entire time, which I was very happy to see. The job ended up taking an entire day instead of the half day it should have. They had to cut through three layers and remove mold from the bathroom and the crawl space beneath. They put subflooring back down in preparation for another bathroom contractor.

Description of Work: I had Ameri Pro out to check to see if mold was present. There were strange water marks on my wall close to the ceiling that made it look like the attic was leaking. They were on time, extremely helpful and identified the problem as a humidity issue. They checked my basement and bathrooms and did not charge me for the visit even though they were there an hour inspecting my house. I would use them again (for basement remodel) in a heartbeat! I cannot comment on price since a quote was not needed.

The price was adequate for the service. I called a couple of places in the phone book and spoke with them. They seemed very knowledgeable. I'm allergic to a lot of chemicals, so they didn't do a chemical clean. They did something else that wouldn't leave a chemical residue.
Description of Work: I used Ameri Pro Restoration for mold testing. They blasted ozone to kill the mold.
