Description of Work: Advanced came over on a Sunday when our our sump pump broke in our newly redone basement and Jeff did a great job. He also told me about their backup pumps. A short time later I talked to Craig about them & decided to have the pressure powered backup put in @ again they did a great job. My neighbor called me for a plumber & I referred them to her. She called me back after they had been there & was was so pleased with them!! They are definitely the plumbers to call!

+ -1 moreThey do not know what they are doing and act like they couldn't be bothered. They "tried" to fix things by claiming one thing or another, but the problem still exists. They came out to charge the unit and that didn't work. Then came out to install a new thermostat and that didn't work either (which isn't something that was needed in the 1st place, but they were desperate to try to find "something wrong"). They ultimately couldn't find the problem.
Description of Work: Hired them to fix A/C because it wasn't kicking out cold air.
