The service of actually taking the trees down was fine. The price was reasonable. There are tracks left in the yard from the equipment (not terribly deep), understandable but not expected. The contact from the company was spotty and labored. No invoice and a lack of communication. Overall worth it, the job got done.

Did job easier which was fine. I was not home but saw a couple of branches missed and they will return to complete. I didn't have to pay until the job is complete and satisfying. This is their policies which I admire. I believe I will be satisfied.

What he said and what I asked for where NOT DONE. They had a stump grinder, but no just cut the tree stumps down low, did not finish the tree trimming as we talked about. I came in for a days work and left after 4 hours and charged too much.

Extremely hard, experienced crew. They provided great guidance and cleaned EVERYTHING up. Extremely satisfied!

J and M were very responsive to estimate cost and take down the tree. They did the whole job in one day the stump grinder followed to remove the stump. My only issue was they left my yard a mess. I will fix in spring

Very professional!! I loved how they got out here as soon as they could, and worked very diligently until the job was done. They cleaned up very well and cut the logs into manageable sizes for us to keep for firewood. I would highly recommend Max and crew!!
