Excellent.

It was so bad I did not pay them. They went through it so fast with their machine they just pushed grass over instead of cutting it. Overpriced and poor quality. He said he would come out and look at it and never did. He said he would give me a free lawn mow two weeks later and I said you do not have to do that, I will just not pay you.

We contacted several companies for estimates and in the end we chose another company because Pete's Lawn Care was not able to do the type of work we needed to have completed. The problem we have with Pete's is that they charged us to inspect our irrigation system to determine if the problem we had was something they could address. No where on the Pete's Lawn Care site does it state there is a cost for inspections or estimates. There was never any mention in phone conversations that there would be a charge for inspections or estimates. When the representative came out to do the inspection and give us an estimated cost, he discovered that the work we needed to have completed was work they do not do. When he left, he did not leave a bill and, again, no mention of a charge for the inspection or estimate. Soon after, we received a bill for $50. Apparently they do charge for inspections and estimates. We called Pete's and complained about the fee and were able to get it reduced and we chalk the balance off to a life lesson. Pete's Lawn Care needs to be up front with the fees they charge at the time the services is requested and rendered. Angie's list web site states that Pete's offers Free Estimates, and to them I say, you need to be more accurate with the information you post on your web site. There is nothing wrong with charging a fee for inspections or estimates, the problem is in not being upfront about the fact that you do. Sending us a bill with out prior knowledge that a fee would be charged was underhanded and sneaky. Had we known we would have been charged we may have chosen not to have them quote us a price. It is for this reason we would not recommend Pete's Lawn Care.

They did an excellent job and they were very nice. I am using them soon to aerate the yard again.

Pete does a great job. His crew looks out for things in the yard. Ive used him for 3 years now.

I use them on a regular basis. I started with them a year ago and I liked their service so I am continuing it this year. Their pricing is not exactly what I aimed for but they are always on time and I have never had any issues with them. Their people are very courteous and they do exactly what they are supposed to do. I would highly recommend them. Their price depends on what you get done. They have a menu of services that they offer and the price just depends on what you select. They are doing all the weeding, seeding and fertilizing for me and all the weekly cutting. They do the setting up and turning off of the irrigation system but I do not use them for plowing my snow on the driveway. They offer that service but I do not use them for that because I do that myself. They offer trimming services when you need it. It is a cafeteria menu and you just select what and when you need it. Some of them are competitively priced and some them are just kind of worn off stuff but I like that. I like their cafeteria menu and they price it so that you know exactly what you are paying for and you can decide whether you think it is fair or not.

I call them for the power raking service for my lawn and they did it correctly. I will use them again in the near future.

Performed multiple fertilizer treatments, cut and trimmed our lawn a few times. Our Realtor referred this company to us and we have had nothing but great experiences ever since. Can't wait to have them treat our lawn this summer.

They got me in scheduled pretty quickly, the work was done in one day, it was like 4 hours to come install a pretty big unit. Actually they have fixed all, that I have 40 sprinklers and they are in and out within just a few hours and I have a brand new lawn so it's probably helpful when it's build. I had a couple of other kids in the class because I am a teacher, they have helped on that too. The price matched somebody else. I don't have any issues at all, they were excellent. The only issue I've had was caused by myself. It was pretty quick, it certainly went 24 hours to either e-mail or form. They're on time, they did exactly what they said they were going to do and they were gone. Everyone works well and asked me questions and stuff like that.

Pete's Lawn Care, Inc. has great prices, it's a bargain. They actually list everything they do for a specific price rather than trying to roll everything into one price. In their billing they specifically say this is the charge to cut your grass and hedge, this is the charge for fertilizer and this is the charge for snow removal or whatever. I like the detailed billing that explains the service that you're paying for. To me that's very valuable to see what I'm getting service for.

Very well. Pete is very honest and very cost effective. The other guys (anther company) wanted to charge so much more for our little yard. Pete gave us a good yard at a good price. Once the other guys heard his price they wanted to match it but we liked how Pete was inexpensive from the first quote.

THEY HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN THAT HAS A REALLY GREAT PRICE FOR THE WHOLE YEAR. THEY ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND KIND WHEN THEY COME TO MY HOUSE. THEY LEAVE MY LAWN LOOKING ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL.

I USE THEM ALL THE TIME. THE GUY THAT COMES IS LOCAL. HE IS ALSO A FAMILY MAN AND VERY HONEST. HE DOES GOOD WORK AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE AND I CAN TRUST HIM.
