This family owned business in Grand Haven is amazing. Tore off a metal roof and a layer of shingles and replaced it in two days. Follow up calls have all been answered and quickly responded. We decided later to add stone to the chimney and they came out the day I called to adjust the flashing. One of the best contractors Iâ ve worked with in 40 years of home ownership

The roofing crew had unloaded their equipment, tarped the entire perimeter, set ladders and had begun old roofing tear off in less than 10 minutes. In less than 8 hours, the entire 23 plus square job was completed. Surrounds were left clean. Communication with Legacy Roofing and Restorations LLC was painless.

Their prices were fair. Finished the job in a timely manor. Everyone was respectful and friendly. I canâ t say enough good things about them. I have recommended them to everyone I know. This is a great company.

Brandon told us that they could fix our icicle problem. We have owned this house for 19 years and had icicles every year. Huge ones. They reroofed our home in March and I wanted to wait and see if they did solve our problem before posting a review. I am thrilled that we can report no icicles or roof melt this year! Roof removal and replacement was done efficiently in one visit. Crew was very hardworking and team leader easy to work with. Owner, Jeremy, explained procedure thoroughly and provided all insurance and guarantee paperwork. Cleanup was great. Neighbors noted the coordinated work crew. Good job.

Besides our new roof, we also had insulation added and some truss work done. The entire team....and we are talking from the first phone call to set up an appt, to the roofing team pulling out at the end of the day....yes completed in just one day.... were all very friendly, courteous, and professional. Jeremy and the people at legacy are great. They do great work and looks great too. When there was a problem with the roof I was told about it and the problem got fixed the right way.

Made everything easy for me and my family! I had visited my parents last month and noticed dark-brown spots on their ceiling throughout the house. I contacted Legacy Roofing and Construction. They were very efficient with their consultation services. The contractor was on time and very professional. He quickly identified the source of the leak and inspected the rest of the roof. The next day a representative called me and give me a free quote in repairing the roof. I wanted to give my parents a special gift before I left, thank you to the team!

The owner of the company was great, straight to the point, did not try to do all the salesman tactics, which I really appreciated! He worked with me on a payment plan, as a single mom I am so thankful for that! He also had the BEST PRICE! The only reason I did not give them the full 5 stars is because of the crew scheduling, they were scheduled to start on Thursday morning, and did not end up starting until Friday afternoon, and then had to return on Saturday to finish the job! It really was an inconvenience for us. The crew also left some supplies behind. But, I do not hold this against the company, they cannot be there to monitor every crews individual work. Overall, I was really happy with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone!

The customer service was amazing. The value and price even far outweighed that. They beat every competitor and I searched over 7 other roofers. They pulled a large team to get my roof done quickly. They were efficient and had an amazing work ethic. The clean up was amazing and quick...I didn't find even a nail around my yard! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get the job done.
