Every person at Legacy is friendly and determined to please the customer! Brandon was professional and informative about all aspects of window replacement. He was patient, giving me time to consider my options and budget. Micky and his team did a topnotch job of installing the windows. Wow! The new windows are beautiful! I didn't expect the trim to look any different; however, it is also brand new. The windows have many features that make cleaning and safety easy to manage. I am no longer disturbed by the sounds of traffic outside. I use a room air conditioner, and I was able to keep it at a low setting in this hot, humid weather. In the past I had to blast the A/C to get any comfort at all. I'm looking forward to being able to be in any room of my house in the winter without cold air flowing through my windows. Certainly my utility costs will be lower due to the efficiency of these excellent windows. It was a lot of work for this old house. Everyone in the company, including Jeremy, the owner, did a superb job. I would definitely hire them again if I have additional projects. They should be at the top of your list when you decide to start home improvement projects.

5 ⭐️ Doesn’t Begin To Say How Pleased I Am Before we begin, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEGACY! Legacy Roofing is one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. The owner, Jeremy, is exactly who you want when you’re thinking about doing anything with your home. Let me give you an example of my experience. I was looking around for different contractors to replace my roof. Of the many places I inquired, Jeremy was the only one who did what I feel is what is needed. He came out and personally sat down with my wife and I to lay out EXACTLY what he and his team were to do. He not only told us about all certifications and materials to be used, but he insisted that I do my own research in the company, his certifications, and materials. Not wanting to be misinformed on such a big decision, I did. EVERYTHING he explained to my wife and I was verified three times over. I knew that going forward with Legacy was the way to go. But I still had one more issue, the length of time this was going to take. And it was this that really impressed me. After we signed the contract I was told it would be about three to four weeks out before construction would start, as they were busy with other jobs. Usually an estimate like this would always be longer from my experience. EXACTLY THREE WEEKS LATER the crew came to my house and began. Not only that, but I thought that this job would take 2-3 days to complete. Jeremy and his amazing crew were done by the middle of the day. They cleaned everything up and made it look as though they had never even been there. They even took the time to place my wife’s shepherds hooks back in the exact place they found them! Here’s the amazing part. When it came time to pay for the job (which he only asked for AFTER the job was completed) they were willing to give me a few days until the funds were available. And when they were, there was a $10 balance left (math error on my part) WHICH THEY FORGAVE WITHOUT ISSUE! The front office, Kathy and Ariel, are excellent people! They are always a pleasure to talk to and were willing to get me the excessive information I needed as fast as they could. It almost seemed like we were their only customers!

Reps were polite, punctual, and accurate at all phases of contracting and construction. Their on site supervisor checked with us as did our salesman. Their crews worked constantly, were polite and efficient as any crew I haves watched. One of my pre retirement jobs was project manager, so I have seen many projects to completion. When the job was complete, the crew cleaned our flower beds, lawns, and concrete surfaces so that every spec of detritus was gone. The on- job supervisor and salesman walked the property and inspected it. Amazingly, all construction and cleaning was performed by a crew of six in one work day. The result is a beautifully installed roof on our 2000 sq home and a separate garage/ workshop.

Crew showed up early and worked late. Paid attention to every detail of the roof. From the installation of the new roof vent to the flashing around the chimney and porch. Highly recommended.

The crew did some damage during the job but Jeremy made sure it was fixed and we were very satisfied with the cust service.

Jeremy was very easy to communicate with and explained everything from what caused the damaged to the options for what it would take to prevent it from happening again. The repair was done in a timely manner and at a fair price. Thank you.

Legacy Roofing repaired some roof damage we had caused by a tree limb falling, and they also replaced all the fascia and soffits. Jeremy was very friendly and personable, and the crew that did the work did a thorough, quality job. The crew was also very courteous and informative, and the pricing was fair. I would hire them again if I ever need roofing work in the future.

We recently had our roof re-shingled by Legacy Roofing and Restorations. The owner, Jeremy Strotheide came to our house to do a cost and time estimate for us. I really appreciated his no-pressure straight-forward quote, and that he listened to all our concerns about the project. He helped us select a great shingle style and color and gave us a very competitive price. The roofing crew were very good, very fast, and did an excellent job keeping the property clean and free of debris during the job – even though we had the old roof removed prior to the work, which is usually a very messy process. I would highly recommend Legacy if you are in the market for a new roof! You will not be disappointed!
