+ -1 moreWhat he said would take an hour took 3 trips to the house and repairs are still needed. This did not go well!
Description of Work: Had him out to change locks in 3 doors. Ruined one and the other two are damaged. Will have to have another locksmith come out to repair. This guy has no idea what he is doing.

+ -1 moreHe ended up ruining three of those eight doors. He also made me pay for the locks separately, which I found he shouldn't have done. I had to hire a different locksmith to come-out and fix the damage that he had done to the locks. I still have to have someone come-out to fix the doors. He cut the holes wrong and overall, just did a very poor job. I should have never had let him come into the house in the first place as he stood me up two times before coming out to do the work.
Description of Work: He was supposed to change-out locks on eight doors.
