+ -1 moreI was quoted one price and the first time mowing he said he misquoted and needed to charge more, I refused so he said ok, the second week one of their guys called in sick so they arrived at my home very late, third time they again were very late arriving and said they had equipment trouble. I said nothing to them about the late hour of arrival, but recieved an email from Eric stating they could no longer service my property due to it taking longer than they expected. No notice, no options given. I had also requested a bid on landscaping as well as Hardscaping and driveway pricing, along with pictures and pricing I needed references. Upon checking references for landscaping I was told they were nice but only did lawn care not landscaping. On my project I recieved only one price verbally, nothing in writing, I then asked for an alternative method and the pricing nothing was ever submitted. I was told I needed to put half down to get started and was clear to him that was not a problem. I would not recommend this company for lawn care or any type of landscaping projects you have, they are unprofessional and do not provide back up to statements for/promises made. And leaving this late in the season with no notice was very bad customer service. My yard was always clear of objects, easy to mow, and the only conversations were them telling me why they were late, and me stating it was ok. They were paid weekly, so nothing on my end warranted this kind of response from them.

+ -1 moreThey do an excellent job, and are always prompt. I have never had to call them, because the grass was too long. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: The Grasshoppers mowed the front and back lawn, trimmed and blew the grass away from the sidewalk and driveway.

Description of Work: Eric and Don are very professional, they show up every week without having to keep checking in to see when they are going to show up. My lawn looks beautiful everytime. They also do snow removal in the winter. They are very prompt, and friendly. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a stress free lawn company! Their prices are very good too!
