972-775-0550 is the number I called; was requested to pay upfront cause they have lot of cancellations, so I paid upfront. After payment, No one picks up the phone Nor replied my text any more. No receipt is given after few requests! Service team is one hour and 30 minutes late; no ladder to ceiling fan or proper detergent for cleaning! Please don't use their service, it feels like a scam!

Magical Maids came for a basic deep cleaning to help me get ready for our annual Christmas party be went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations I had. They were very prompt, polite and professional. I highly recommend using these girls for any of your needs!

This was my weekly clean, but the Holiday had left my home a mess! To my surprise, they moved things that were in the way, and straightened and organized as they went. They didn’t even charge extra though it took longer due to the amount of cleaning required. I was just delighted! They have been so amazing to have cleaning for us and this just reinforced that I made the right decision in choosing them. They are simply amazing. Thank You!

Having used at least 20 different cleaning companies over as many years, I’m comfortable saying this is the best housekeeping company I have ever done business with. They are everything they should be; timely, consistent, thorough, professional, and flexible. They do such an amazing job with the cleaning. They are also very friendly, bring their own supplies, and follow up with me to make sure I’m happy. It is such a relief to have gone nearly 4 years now without needing to change companies, and I’m not easy to please. Magical Maids did my Spring Deep Cleaning and they did an awesome job! It literally feels like a new house. I had all kinds of extra services added on to the usual weekly clean, like removing all items from book shelves to deep clean, moving furniture to get behind it, oven, fridge, and more. Couldn’t have hoped for a better clean!!

I already use Magical Maids for my weekly clean, but I wanted to be prepared for my annual holiday party so I added on a lot of extra services such as oven cleaning, interior cleaning of my refrigerator, blinds, ceiling fans, etc. As always they simply amazed me with their attention to detail and the overall quality of their work. I had a fundraiser to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital my home, and I knew that Magical Maids, our housekeeping company, also offers special event services. When I asked to hire them, I was blown away when they offered their services for FREE, stating that community service was one of their company’s core values! They provided three ladies for the event. All three came early to help prepare food, set up, decorate, and do a pre-event cleaning. During the event, one of them tended bar, and the other two worked to answer the door and greet guests, share information on the event, check coats, cook and pass out hors d’oeuvres, keep the food stations fresh, clean up dishes, and more! After the event, they helped take down, wash dishes, and they left the house as clean as before the event started. A company with a heart is a rare find these days, and I highly recommend you consider them for not only your house cleaning needs, but for any special events you may have that require talented and professional support! We use this company weekly for our housekeeping and have for quite some time now. We decided to get a jump on our spring cleaning and ask them to go way above and beyond. They brought out a crew of four people and cleaned our home from top to bottom. Ceiling fans, blinds, windows, oven, refrigerator, air vents, baseboards, furniture, so many things I never would have thought of in addition to our normal clean. They did an absolutely amazing job and it literally feels like we just moved in to a brand new home. This company has never disappointed us; not once!
