Leo's Painting LLC

Had a date and he called, he needed to reschedule for Feb. 23, 2015, he didn't show up, I called and he honestly said he forgot, so we scheduled it for March 1st, he called on that day to say he needed to reschedule, and as of today, I have not heard anything else from them.

Leo´s painting LLC responded very fast when called for an estimate and scheduling the work was very easy. Leo was very polite and respectful. The work is very professional, neat and he cleaned up the work area very well. He even finished the Basement earlier than we thought ! The Basement looks fabulous and we would definitely recommend him for your painting needs. We will use him again in the summer for other areas of our house.

It was not an easy task, the large room in the bungalow was in rough shape and he was very polite while fixing my prep work and preparing the surfaces. Extremely quick to move on to the second room which was new roughed in surfaces. He added the back hall and two closets which was more than I expected for a days work. Very hard worker, cleaned up and made sure I was satified with the job. I would recommend him highly.

This was the third time we have used Leo and his company. He and his assistant did a fabulous job. They were always on time and always very conscientious. We had many paned windows and they were caulked and painted meticulously. Leo was always accessible and even helped us with the paint colors! As I have said in my other reviews, Leo is the only painter we will use.

Leo did an excellent job! house looks great and a few months later the job is still looks great! He always arrived on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be contacting him when we do the interior in the next year or so.

I am not sure where to begin...... From the time I requested a quote to the follow-up call, I spoke with Leo. Unlike other companies I contacted, Leo answered the phone (most of the time - when possible). I shared with Leo my schedule and the importance of having my home painted prior to party I was hosting. He assured me that it would be done. At the last minute, I asked to make some changes to my plan. My changes doubled Leo's workload yet he agreed and managed to deliver a beautifully painted home before my deadline - at a very fair price. Without hesitation I recommend Leo's Painting to my friends and neighbors.

Fantastic! Leo and his crew are incredibly friendly and professional. We are extremely pleased with the end result. They cleaned everything up beautifully, worked all day until job was done, and put everything back In it's place when finished. Very respectful team! Did a very good preparing job. Power washed exterior wall, scrap old paint, caulking and two coat of paint. Also painted doors and gutter. I am very pleased with the quality of Leo's painti job.

After receiving quotes from 3 other painting companies we decided to get just one more quote and contacted Leo based on his reviews on Angie's List. We are so happy that we did. From initial contact and throughout the entire process Leo has been a pleasure to work with. Leo and his team did a great job and were very professional. They went above and beyond to ensure a great paint job. We had recently had some electrical work done where drywall needed to be patched and Leo did a fantastic job of repairing. We really appreciated his attention to detail. We've already recommended Leo's Painting to our neighbors and plan to have him paint our garage in a few months.

Leo and sometimes his colleagues painted the whole interior of our house. He was able to accommodate our schedule, he is nice and professional. He will come to our house to do the final touch-ups once everything else is done in the house. I am planning to also use Leo's service to paint outside our house in the next few months.

Called Leo on 7/30/14 and set up an appointment for 8/2/14, 11 AM. He never showed up for the scheduled appt, nor did he call to offer an explanation or apology for his no show. We won't be using Leo's services.

Leo power washed and painted all the trim on my house, garage, shed and a picket fence. He made repairs to the fence and shed, several of them we had not even discussed at no additional charge. Leo goes above and beyond not just to do a good job, but to do a great job. He was on time, fast and wonderful to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

I called on Wednesday July 2nd. The phone was answered with "hello" instead of business name. I asked for clarification of who I'd reached and he was pretty nonchalant that it was Leo's painting. He agreed to come over for a quote but I asked for a call before he came. He just showed up without calling and said he'd call me back with a quote. Today is Wednesday July 9th and I have yet to hear. I don't feel he is professional at all and this causes me to question how good his work is, if he'll be on time, or if he'll complete the job.

Leo did an excellent job. I got several quotes and he was the most competitive. That, in addition to the excellent reviews made this an easy selection. He arrived on time and got the job done when he said he would. He did a great job. I found a minor item I wanted him to touch up (after I had already paid him) and he showed up right away and took of it. While he was pressure washing the siding prior to paint he even took the time to clean up the stone work and also clean the windows. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone needing excellent paint work at a reasonable price.

I think that they would have done a nice job, but we felt that for the work that we wanted done that it was too much. They quoted $1300 for three rooms, and the price increased to $1700 to add closets and a few doors. He showed up at the appointed time, was nicely mannered, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Very pleased with all the work. I had damage to my walls due to rain roof leakage. Had the roof repaired then called Leo to repair inside walls and paint. Everything was moved and covered. End results are beautiful and I would use them again.

Painted 2 different colors. Darker color looked good, lighter color looked terrible with a lot of bleed thru. Painter did not think primer was necessary, but proved to be wrong. Did eventually fix the issue with additional cost and time incurred, and paint job did look good in the end. Too much grief for the cheap price, would definitely look to pay a little extra next time for the professionalism.

They were excellent. They moved furniture and put it back. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very nice.

Leo was very responsive when I called for an estimate and later scheduling the work. He and his worker were prompt when starting the work and completed the job in 2 full days. The great room is a challenging room to paint because there is a cathedral ceiling which also spans over an open staircase. He was very accommodating with my last minute color change and took great care to preserve the nail holes that I wanted to keep. He also did some extra painting in the kitchen that I had planned to do myself and he didn't charge extra for it. The rooms look great and I would use them again.

For the last 50 years, we have done our own interior painting. We moved into a new (to us) home last summer and painted throughout. Unfortunately there were many imperfections in the drywall and we used a satin paint so the flaws were magnified. We decided to treat ourselves and our house to a professional paint job with repairs the the drywall. Leo and his workers repaired the drywall as best they could. The seams had been poorly mudded so it was not an easy repair. Instead of a lower gloss paint, we ended up with what we had so the imperfections still stood out. There were some areas that required a revisit so Leo sent out one of his workers to touch up the paint. The original problems were gone but now we had a bigger problem in the spots as the touch up caused large areas that stood out and some large runs. We decided to repaint it ourselves rather than have them come out again as we were pressed for time with out of town guests coming in. All or the men were polite and courteous.

He's great. He's awesome. He gives a good price. He was here when he said he was gonna be here. He did a clean job. The price was reasonable.

He did a very professional job . He was very thorough covering the wood floor with cloth to make sure no paint spilled on the floor and also taped the trim for cleaner straight line. He also prepped the wall to eliminate minor surface dings. I was very satisfied. I will hire him again.
