Leo came as well as two of his associates. They were professional, on time and their painting was flawless. They were neat with their work and cleaned up the mess when they were done. They did such a great job that my neighbor even came over while they were working on my house to meet them and get their business card. They are professional not only in demeanor but in the way the work as well. They are expeditious and got the job done quickly. They even found things that I was not aware such as my house never being caulked. They caulked the house for me since that is an absolute necessity. They went above and beyond what I expected with their astounding work ethic. I would recommend them to anyone and , in fact, I will be using them again for future projects.

We hired Leo's Painting to paint the inside of our condo, which includes a two-story living room. Leo and Nick were prompt, detailed, neat, and fast. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and highly recommend them. We would use Leo's Painting again.

Great deal and finished just in time

As stated in previous reviews, Leo is the only painter that we will hire. His work is meticulous and so is that of his assistants. In one instance, our deck was painted by another company in 2015 (we did not know that Leo painted and did small repairs on decks). The paint was already chipping and the original wood was exposed. Leo indicated that the previous company used the wrong type of paint. He power washed, made small repairs, and repainted the deck. It looks wonderful. In addition, Leo and his assistant helped me narrow down the colors for the bedrooms, the library, and the outdoor shutters. Everything looks great!! Leo is extremely polite and is always on time. More importantly, he is a great painter.

Promised "Perfect", would have been happy with professional. Missed large areas requiring caulk. Said they were hidden, even though he painted them. Had large areas of messy caulk (just smeared all over a board on the front of house) that he said were already there. I climbed a ladder and confirmed it was fresh caulk. Left trash on my lawn. Parked in my driveway and left oil stains. Over/fat caulked, sloppy. Caulk dropping off vertical joints above garage. Showed up on day 2 with someone I immediately opined was a drug addict. He was angry with her for pulling into my driveway. He had no respect for her and showed his resentment of her. My opinion is, if you don't respect your employee before the work even begins, why are you letting them work on my house. She ended up having a dead car parked in the street for hours. I would never let that person stand on a ladder on my property. I terminated his contract before he started on day 2 for all of the issues from day one, plus the issue with his worker on day 2 that I couldn't let be on my property. I gave him a chance to find the issues I had with day 1, led him to them, asked him if he saw any problems. His response was, "oh, those are hidden", or, "I'm the professional painter, you don't know what's good or bad". Long story short, not a good experience. I think he's paying Angie's List for top listing. Leo did not do a good job for me. I fired him, and now I'm paying someone else to redo everything. He complained to me about how he has a family to raise and pay for. Unprofessional. I would never recommend him, Liar, bad painter, unprofessional, leaves people in front of your house with dead vehicles for hours.

All work went according as planned. Leo is friendly and professional. Job took a little longer than he anticipated. Cost was very competitive and he used Sherwin Williams paint.

Leo was great proffesional and worked a atraight 8 houra no break ...!!!! I look forward to hiring hime for the final two rooms!!

Were easy to work with. Responded and scheduled in a timely manner. Professional with keeping things very clean. Worked nonstop only breaking for quick lunch. In our home-they were able to get the smoke smell out of the walls by using a special oil stain before painting. Were responsive to emails/phone calls and easy to work with.

Very well. Leo arrived on time both days. He picked up the ceiling and trim paint, taking a piece of the trim with him to ensure he got the right color since I did not have any original paint. He retouched up areas as needed. He was very professional. Once he knew we needed painting asap as we got word that an exchage student was on her way, he worked us into his schedule arriving on a Saturday and finishig up on Monday. We have used Leo's painting in the past and have always been satisfied with his work. We will use him again for future painting.

Leo's painting did a great job. They moved our furniture and covered everything. Were easy to work with and squeezed us in as soon as they could. Our apartment looks brand new with the fresh costs of paint.

Did total job as specified, were fast and very good quality workmanship

Early June requested Leo's estimate. June 7 received estimate via email. June 16 accepted estimate and requested call back via email. No response. Followed-up with call July 18. Since then, Leo called once to say he would get back to us. Leo has not called, nor has any work been performed. Over 2 months to confirm a start date is unacceptable.

Leo started off by power washing the entire house. He then went over every area of the trim and scraped and caulked. Finally he gave all of the trim two coats of paint. The columns and the siding facing west above our porch had been sun baked for years. After they were cleaned and given two coats of paint they look great. For the deck he scraped all of it by hand including the skirting, He then gave it three coats of opaque stain. Both the exterior of our home and the deck now look excellent. Leo went above what was in the contract and didn't come back with an increased bill for every additional thing that he did. Very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend.

They are unbelievable. He and his crew did such a great job and he is a very honest guy. They are so neat and tidy and it looks better than it ever has before. My wife and I are so very pleased with his work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any painting job. If anyone wants to see his work, I would gladly open up my house to them.

We have had Leo as our painter for four years. He is meticulous and professional. He takes great pride in his work. His assistant is also very professional and polite. In the past four years, Leo has painted our family room, 3 bathrooms, basement and our exterior. He will be coming back in a month to paint our 4 bedrooms, master bath, and library. As I have written before, Leo is our one and only painter.

We had Leo?s Painting L.L.C. paint the entire interior of our condo ? over 2300 square feet, plus our 2½ car garage. It looks brand new. Leo and his assistant did a fantastic job. Their prep work was superb. They found flaws we didn?t even know were there. Their attention to detail was extraordinary. Repairs were perfect and we could not be happier with the paint job. The project was completed on time and on the agreed budget. The quality of Leo?s work is outstanding, yet his prices are very affordable. We recommend LEO?S PAINTING very highly.

Leo and Antonio came within a couple of days of my call. They completed the job in a day. They did a fantastic job. They were given the wrong paint at Home Depot, went back, got the right paint and redid the surfaces that needed the painting. The basement looks wonderful and I am really pleased with their work!

It was fantastic, Leo himself is very friendly and always on site during the job.

Wow!! My house looks WONDERFUL? Leo and his crew are hard, hard workers and do a great job. Once you get him to your house, it is worth the bit of work it takes to get him there. The problem, it appears, is that Leo is busy...and well he should be. But he did come and he is a perfectionist. I am planning to move and I almost hate to go, the house looks so nice.

Leo and his assistant Antonio were courteous and professional and did an excellent job. They even performed some minor repairs to the fence and gate along with power washing and touching up our Blessed Mother statue at no extra charge. She looks like new again. Leo performed all the work he specified in the manner he quoted. The fence looks great. I would not hesitate to use Leo again when I need more painting done. He was meticulous not only with the fence, but, in painting our statue as well.

Leo was prompt to come out and give an estimate. I changed and added some work and Leo promptly revised the estimate to include all the changes, answer all my questions, and give me advice on certain areas. The trim on the house needed a lot of scraping. I have a walk out basement in the back of the house and is not easy to work with. He power washed the house and deck. Made sure all the areas that needed to be caulked were completed. They painted the aluminum siding, all the wood trim, foundation, shutters, outside storm doors, inside doors, and painted a large barn type shed and trim. Leo and his helper were here promptly every morning, worked without stopping all day, and completely cleaned up before leaving every night. They were very courteous and had a great work ethic.My house looks great and he made a very old deck look like new. I would have no hesitation recommending Leo to my friends. I plan to use him again when I am ready to do some of the interior painting. I try to use family owned companies if possible and Leo was very easy to work with and willing to listen to questions.

Scheduled the job with Leo's Painting but he never showed up. When I inquired about his MIA status he apologized and said he would be there the following Monday. He never showed up.
