Leo's Painting LLC

We have used Leo for exterior painting 5 years ago, and his work is excellent. I would give him a 99% for quality. There was almost no paint spillage - we only noticed some small drops a week later. I would not want anyone else in my house to do the job.

Leo and his team did a fantastic job, at the best price [we got a LOT of quotes - some were 4x as much!] Leo was very practical in not going overboard and spending a lot of extra money for "perfection", but doing what needed to be done to get our neglected house repainted and in solid shape. He was very responsive when I had questions/concerns and addressed them immediately. His team even plugged up a hole in our eaves for us and power-washed our glass atrium at no extra charge. We will definitely recommend them to anyone needing professional painters.

We were totally satisfied with the work that Leo & his crew performed at our new condo. He responded quickly with a reasonable quote. He is honest, enthusiastic, reliable & friendly. We gave him a key for convenience. Leo & his crew completed this massive task in less than a week and they did an incredible job! They were very neat and took great care to clean up afterwards. All edges and areas next to the woodwork were straight and clean. They applied 2 coats of paint and properly prepared the surfaces before painting. Leo offered helpful advice that we appreciated. Several neighbors have walked through since the job was finished and all have been impressed. We have already talked to Leo about some other projects. We highly recommend him.

Leo and his colleague were EXCEPTIONAL! You will not find anyone comparable! It is like our home had a complete makeover, within the blink of our eye! SO HAPPY! The start was a little slow due to some unplanned circumstances but once the they gained momentum it started to flow very well. They did a great job and completed everything just as it was promised. Great guys and hard workers. I am very picky but I could not find anything to complain. Very professional and I will hire them again without a doubt.

Really, really well. Leo was prompt, very clean, very thorough and most of all, respectful and friendly. He used his time well, rolled with some changes we had to make to the plan, and was done in less than two days. He was likeable and easy to be around. He and Franco, his fellow painter, were very respectful of our things while removing them for the job. He was VERY reasonable and kept track of paint receipts, etc. We've made plans for him to paint our deck in a few weeks. My husband and I would reccommend Leo's Painting very highly!

His work is detailed and thorough. We changed the color in several rooms and everything looks wonderful. We can't wait to move in now! Leo returned my call quite soon after I left a message requesting an estimate. His price was fair. They worked solid for 6 days in a row knowing we wanted to move in soon. Hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy. We plan to hire him in the spring to powerwash the house.

I mentioned to a trusted acquaintance that I was looking to have the exterior of my house painted and he referred me to Leo's Painting LLC. I had an opportunity to look at the paint job on their home, which Leo had completed recently, and was extremely impressed. I called to request an estimate and Leo came out personally that evening to inspect our house. The price he provided was very fair, and he provided assurance that the price would not change. He was able to start the job within a couple of weeks, and did fantastic work from start to finish. There was a great deal of prep work which was done meticulously. Our home was power washed, rotten boards were replaced and primed. Flaking paint was scraped away. All cracks and crevices were re-caulked. The paint job itself was a fantastic finished product. Leo first helped us pick our colors, and he and his crew made sure that every surface shined. Multiple coats were applied where needed. Leo's goal is to make sure that his job lasts, and I know that exterior painting is something that I can cross off our list for many years to come. I would recommend Leo's Painting LLC to anyone.

Leo did an excellent job of painting my 3-car garage. The drywall tape needed to be re-mudded as the builder did the minimal amount, as usual. Leo did an amazing job of mudding, priming and painting the entire garage, including the ceiling. It turned out amazing. He is the only painter I will ever use. He takes pride in his work and is a perfectionist, and he is respectful of you and your house.

The price was fair and I was very pleased with the quality of work. Also, was done in a timely manner. Would hire again.

Very well. We got 5 estimates and Leo's was the least expensive. He was doing the same work, using the same paint (Sherwin Williams Super Paint) and had good reviews on Angies List, so we chose him. We were not in a rush to get the work done. Leo told us he would call in about 2-3 weeks to schedule the job. He called 1 day short of 2 weeks & started 3 days later. Power washed the first day. Caulked, patched, scraped and sanded the second day and maybe some priming, I wasn't home the entire time. Primed and painted (1 color only, roller and brush) the third day and it looks great. We have some very high peaks and odd angled roofs which makes it difficult to reach these areas. Leo and crew did it with ease and very neatly. There is no paint on the roof, windows, patio, driveway or walkways. They even raked up the paint chips/flakes that were in the grass after power washing & scraping. At the end of each day they neatly put all their equipment out of the way. Definitely recommend using Leo.

This was one of the greatest contractor experiences we have ever had. We own three homes including rentals thus regularly are looking for contractors and frankly a little nervous when hiring someone new. Leo was not only one of the most professional people we have ever dealt with, his communication and attention to detail were second to none. We gathered many quotes and Leo was the lowest which on the surface seemed great and we were a bit nervous and he calmed all of our fears. This was not the easiest job as we were on a very tight timeline and still had the flooring people working when he began but this didn't phase him nor did the little things that we had to add on as we went .The work is flawless including the drywall repair, he and his crew were there every single day and the best part is that he was able to get this done in 4 days and he even volunteered to come back and touch up anything that may have happened as a result of our move in and I intend on taking him up on it. If Angie's List had an "A+" rating he should get it.

It was great working with Leo from start to finish! It was easy to contact him and he always responded to our messages right away. It was a big job and took a week. We were kept up to date on the progress of the job and always knew when to expect Leo and his crew to be here. He was always here personally working on the job each day. What we liked about Leo, from the day that he came out to do the estimate, was his attention to detail. He pointed out things that we had not noticed and made a point in making sure that the job was done right. His work is meticulous and of the highest quality. We have already had many compliments on how he transformed the house with his wonderful work. He cleaned up all signs that he had been working when he left and there were no surprises throughout the process. We highly recommend him and would definitely use his services again!
