Leo's Painting LLC

Leo came personally to check out the job and take measurements. He said he would send us an estimate via email which we received ASAP. The pressure was on to get the painting done before the holidays which he assured me it would be done on time. With other jobs in process he was short handed and did the job personally so it was completed as promised. Leo was very professional, punctual and hard working. I would definitely recommend him for any painting you need done.

Everything went very well. The paint job was done nicely and my house looks great. Some of the windows were stuck shut, and it took Leo a few days to get out to open them. Clearly his business is thriving. Still, he was very pleasant to work with, gave me an excellent price, made sure that the job was well done. I would definitely use them again.

This is the second time that we used Leo's Painting. He did an excellent job. He and his colleague were always on time, very courteous, and professional. The quality of work is second to none. He truly takes his time to make sure the job is done correctly. They also made sure that they put the room back together after they were done painting. WOW! He is a true pleasure to work with. As I said in my first review, Leo will be the only painter at our house.

I agreed to go with Leo's company. Leo emailed me that he would not be able to start work until End of July. I agreed to the July timing - Leo never contacted me again. I sent 2 emails and he never responded back to me. I ended up doing the painting myself :-(

This was a very disappointing and bad experience, I can't believe he was an Angie's List painter! He came out and painted back porch and brick. While he did a nice job on a coffered ceiling on back porch, he oversprayed paint on all my new windows. I now have to take mineral spirits and spend a good day cleaning all of my windows. Also he did not prime or sand my fiberglass columns. It was so bad the new painters who came in had to sand them down and start fresh. He never powerwashed trim before painting and it already starting to peel, only a couple months later. Also, he did a shotty job on the brick and every contractor who comes out here notices it and makes sure we know it. He did not return my phone calls when I called to have him out to do trim. He was supposed to come back and finish a job and never did! I had to hire another group of painters! Horrible experience!!!!

I put myself through college painting residential, commercial and industrial facilities. So, for whatever that's worth, I would like to say that Leo and his crew did an excellent job. On time, on budget and performed the work with great efficiency. My house looks terrific. Thanks guys!

WOW!! I was so impressed with the quality of Leo's and his crew's work. I was out-of-town while the work was being done, but my neighbor kept a close eye on the progress of the work. I returned home to what was truly the finest exterior painting job that has ever been done on my home (that we've lived in for 21+ years and have had painted 5x). Prior to the actual work being done, Leo was always responsive; providing me with an accurate forcast for timing and a very reasonable quote (I had 2 others). I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use him in the future. In fact, I plan to contact him in the near future to do some interior painting. Thank you Leo and crew for a job well done:-D!

I contacted Leo's Painting via Angie's List back in the late spring/early summer. I didn't hear back for a few days, so assumed they weren't interested, and proceeded to request quotes from other companies. Leo called me about two weeks later and told me his e-mail was flagging all Angie's List communications as spam. He asked if he could still come out and give a quote. I said yes, and he came out when indicated, we talked about the job at great detail, and he then provided a timely detailed quote that he sent me via e-mail. Shortly after receiving his quote, we determined that we would hire Leo's Painting to complete our job. I replied to the e-mail he sent me indicating that we wanted to move forward and asked for some details regarding a start date. Like the first time I reached out to Leo, I didn't hear back from him. I sent another e-mail. Finally realizing I was never going to be able to reach or get a response from him this way, I called and left a message. Leo called back the next day and told me he now had other work lined up and couldn't complete the job he quoted me in the time frame we discussed. As we weren't in a huge hurry, we decided to wait for his schedule to clear up. He indicated he might not be able to complete our painting for a month or two, but that he would be certain to complete the work before fall. Several months went by, and I again didn't hear from him. I called and left my final message, asking him if we were still on his schedule and when he might begin. He called back with basically no memory of me, the job, or discussion about when he would start, or the quote. I was pretty incredulous but tried to job his memory by providing extensive detail of our previous interactions. With this information, he told me he would locate his quote and should be able to finally get started on the job the following week, "Probably Monday or Tuesday." I agreed to this timing and asked him to please call me back to confirm his start date and ensure we were aligned on the job details. He never called back. He never showed up. I finally gave up and hired someone else.

It all went went great. Leo & his crew were courteous,,on time,& hard working. the results looked great.

I'm so glad I chose Leo's Painting, LLC. Leo's price for the job was extremely reasonable. He and his crew were on time and worked diligently. Leo provided tips from his experience, which I took and the results are stupendous!!! Leo and his crew were not only professional, but extremely polite. Leo went above and beyond by fixing some rotten wood in the garage and he even patched a bad spot on my dining room ceiling. I would strongly recommend Leo and will definitely be calling him in the future for all my painting needs, inside and out.

Leo and his colleague were very easy to work with and did a very good job. We would definately use Leo's Painting again. our house looks great!

My house was supposed to have been done by mid June but, because of all the rain we had, the scheduling got pushed back. No fault of his. But boy, when my job was the next on his list, he called me the night before, was out the next day to power wash and re-caulk and on the second day, my entire house and shed was painted. He went non stop until it was done. Very impressed. We will most certainly use him again in the future. I can't wait until my next project!

Leo did an exceptional job and I have referred him to friends and family. Leo will be the only painter that we use at our house!

It went well. It was a reasonable charge. They were professional, nice and courteous. They were good. I have no complaints. I would recommend them to others.

The job from beginning to end went very well! I was impressed with how Leo organized and managed the time - the result being a great painting job!! He and his helper actually finished my downstairs with only one hour of additional time. I would certainly recommend Leo's company to anyone and expect that they would be more than satisfied like I was! Thanks to Angie's List, I had another great contractor experience!!!

A month or so before our son's high school graduation party, we realized our house needed some serious work. One of the biggest concerns was the need to have our home's exterior painted. I checked Angie's List right away and started making calls.Three companies said they could have our home beautiful in record time. After interviewing a representative from one of the companies, talking to another by phone, and meeting Leo, from Leo's Painting personally, we were confident that Leo was he best. Leo is a fabulous painter with a hard working, courteous crew. He gave us a great price and because of that, we asked him about the interior of our house, as well as our deck, kitchen cupboards, and little things here and there. We ended up hiring him for everything and we are so pleased that we did. Leo was at our home early each morning and stayed until dinner time each evening. Many of our walls needed quite a bit of prep work and Leo cut no corners. Everything was expertly painted and our home was given a huge upgrade in a very short time. Leo cleaned up each night and we were actually able to live in our home during this process. As long as Leo is painting, he will be our painter. We can't recommend him enough. EXCELLENT!!!

Perfect. He painted the inside of my son and daughter-in laws home and accommodated our short time line. He worked with us in selecting colors. They were in and out within just a few days. In fact, color in upstairs bathroom didn't turn out like we thought and he repainted for free. We'll use them again and will recommend them for sure.

It was a positive experience. Their prices were very reasonable. There were like three areas that when I checked the work had to be touched up and at first they didn't want to touch it up but when we insisted they did. They did touch it up and we were happy at the end of the day.

Great! Leo is a soft spoken guy who takes a lot of pride in the quality of his work. I initially purchased a Big Deal for exterior painting, however when he came out and realized that my house was considerably larger than what the Big Deal was for, he gave me a quote to repair and paint my home, in addition to the Big Deal. He started the job once the weather permitted and completed it very quickly. Funny, I have hired a lot of contractors through Angie's List and Leo was the first one that didn't ask to give him a raving review on Angie's List. Like I said, Leo is a soft spoken guy that won't push you into anything, but will show up and do a quality job.

After an initial second thought about the quote, Leo did a great job staining the fence in my yard. He was very responsive from the initial contact through the end of the job. He did what he said he was going to do, in the time he said he would do it. Leo stands by his word. He is a businessman with integrity, and I recommend him without reservation.

I previously painted our kitchen and dining room, but wasn't able to do our great room and foyer due to the high ceilings. I had the paint on hand and just needed it to be applied to the walls. Leo did an excellent job painting the great room, foyer and upstairs hallway. The color scheme used 2 colors, and everything turned out beautiful. Leo was on time and very professional. He also worked very quickly and completed the job in one day. Leo also quoted us on painting the exterior of our home, and we're waiting for that work to be done in the next month or two. I would highly recommend Leo's Painting!

It was an excellent experience. He gave us a nice quote and purchased the best paint. He arrived on time and was very neat and clean. He wore shoe covers and vacuumed up after he was finished. He was very professional and his quality of work is extremely high. He did a beautiful job.

Overall, I had a good, but not great experience with Leo's Painting LLC. Leo responded promptly to all of my questions via email and was friendly and polite. I got other quotes for the job and the Angie's List deal was at least half the cost. Leo arrived slightly late for the appointment. His assistant appeared slightly sketchy at first, but was very nice. The paint job was good but not great. All surfaces that were painted received a thick coating of paint. The trim work could have been done more carefully, but was okay for a garage. By leaving the garage doors down, they did not paint a small section of the wall above the garage. For the price, however, I was happy with the work that was performed.
