Description of Work: I requested a quote. Leo was planning to come out on Thursday evening. He called back and told me he has to change the date and time. I rearranged my schedule so he could accommodate me for Sunday morning. A No Show!! I called his cell and left a message plus sent him a text.. NO RESPONSE!!! Angie's list needs a review too!!

Description of Work: Painted kitchen and great room, repaired ceiling that had small leak. Had a little glitch with scheduling but worked it out. I think he gave me quite a bit of extra tim to make upfor it.

Description of Work: Painted 2 bathrooms with Angie's List deal. We had Leo come out a few days later to paint the living room and hallway. Leo is a very hard worker who works very quickly and efficiently. He went beyond our expectations to be sure we were happy with the job. I appreciated that he was able to do two jobs within a week of initial contact. It helped that it was January which seems to be a slow time.

Description of Work: Leo painted my great room and front entryway. He did a fine job, with the added benefit of being personally professional and very neat. I would highly recommend him and I have no reservation about calling him for future painting.

Description of Work: Leo painted all of our very high ceilings in the living room, master bedroom, foyer and kitchen. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him to others.

Description of Work: Leo painted the entire interior of our condo. Including molding. He did a great job and he completed the job in one week. He was excellent

Description of Work: They power washed the exterior, replaced rotting wood where needed, nailed down some loose boards, primed and calked where needed, and painted the exterior, front door, and garage doors. Leo showed up when expected, cleaned up after he was done for the day, redid some areas I was unhappy with. I was very satisfied with his work and will be using him for some interior painting.

Description of Work: Painted exterior trim & replaced some rotted wood trim. The job was completed in 3 days and looks very good. It took awhile to get on his schedule (1.5 months). There was quit a bit of rain during that time. Overall, Leo did a fine job & I would recommend him.

Description of Work: Leo painted my kitchen, adjacent dining area, laundry room and hallway. He arrived on time and brought another painter along with him. Both men were very polite and respectful. They got to work immediately, covering all of the cabinets and floors and taping around the necessary areas. They painted two coats on the ceilings and walls. They were very neat and conscientious of the work they were doing. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work and Leo does just that. My kitchen looks FABULOUS as does the laundry room and hallways. I will be using Leo for all of my future painting needs. Thank you, Leo!

Description of Work: Leo came to my house to do the estimate for painting my master bathroom that has high ceilings. He painted the windows, door, and trim , as well. He was friendly, professional, and a good communicator. His attention to detail was great and he did a fantastic job. He is painstaking in his efforts and cares about doing a good job. He cleaned up after himself and left the bathroom looking better than when he arrived. He took off his shoes and was respectful of the rest of the house. I will certainly recommend him to others and use him when i have another need. In fact, I need to have my exterior painted and he is the guy that I will seek out for a estimate and will use, if the price is right.

Description of Work: No service provided. Sent an initial email through Angies list to request a quote in painting my home. Due to some email mishap I finally received a call and voicemail. I returned the call and spoke with Leo. He explained the email mishap and we set up a quote appointment for Sunday 12 May 2013. He mentioned he would call before coming. Nothing happened. No phone call, no quote. This is totally unprofessional , unresponsive and definitely not punctual. This has been the norm for me from most service providers in thi area.

Description of Work: We had Leo come in and do multiple touch up projects. He was very professional and friendly. He made very good recommendations when we were unsure exactly what we wanted to do in some cases. We were very pleased with their work and will have them back when we need more work done.
