Ace Outdoor Services was founded in 2001 to serve the growing need for quality grounds maintenance services in South East Michigan. Based out of Grand Blanc, Michigan, we are fully insured and owner-operated. Unlike the average owner-operator, however, Ace possesses a deep management team that is focused on growing a sustainable, professional organization that will have a significant impact on the community. During our 7-year history, the company has built a significant client base by continuously building on our reputation of quality work and customer service. We firmly believe that the best way to provide true value to our customers is through the development of mutually-beneficial, long-term relationships. Our programs and systems are custom-designed to meet the current needs of our customers while incorporating the flexibility necessary to accommodate unanticipated changes in our customers' needs and desires. At inception, Ace primarily focused on mowing and plowing; however, in response to strong demand from our customer base, we quickly expanded our service offerings in order to provide comprehensive coverage of our customers' needs. While we've expanded into many ancillary service lines, it remains our goal to stay relatively specialized so that we can maintain our focus on superior quality and customer service. At Ace, our desire is to under-promise and over-deliver; not the other way around.

We consult, design, and install landscapes of all kinds: outdoor living spaces, retaining walls, brick paver patios/walkways, planters, lighting, and much more! We also pride ourselves in our high quality lawn maintenance and beautification services for residential and commercial communities. Where do I start? Ace is not our service provider, and will never be due to their disrespect for neighboring properties. First, they have mowed into our lawn (we are a neighbor of one of their contracted properties) by 8+ feet, we called and complained. Next service date, they came over FURTHER! Even coming over our bush line and into the next section of grass in OUR yard. Called and complained again, spoke to the regional (or whatever he's called), only to have the encroaching happen worse today! What is wrong with you? Do you have no respect for other peoples property or concerns? If you respect your neighbors, DO NOT hire this company. Shame on you, Ace.
