We have put our computers in at AP Sites on 3 different occasions (I guess we were giving them the benefit of the doubt). The first experience, they worked on my computer as asked, but returned my laptop with the battery hinge broken--my laptop battery will not stay in now, which makes the computer pretty worthless as laptop and charged me $150 for this. Our second visit, we put a computer in to recover damaged photos. They recovered less than my husband was able to recover and charged us $80. Our last, and final visit, I turned in a computer that my son had water damaged. They called and said they had repaired the computer and it would cost us $150. I went to pick it up and the repairman tried to turn on the computer to prove to me they had repaired it and the computer wouldn't even turn on. To say that I am dubious about their abilities is putting it mildly. I don't think they have a clue what they are doing. I will never use this company ever again!
