I am about an hour away from Grand Blanc. They were very responsive, thorough and a pleasure to work with.

Sonny and Tony completed a thorough home inspection, provided a report immediately upon finishing and gave recommendations of repair companies for needed work. Scheduled within a day, met appointment time, and were efficient in conducting the inspection. Provided additional follow up in recommending other repair companies.

Sonny and Tony were fantastic! We used them first back in January to inspect a house we were going to purchase, and they found a lot of problems that the seller was trying to cover up. They were prompt, friendly, professional, honest and very thorough! We did not purchase that home, and then when we finally found THE ONE, we had an inspection done on that house, because we trusted them. Again, it was a great experience all around. Prompt, thorough, professional. I felt both of them go ABOVE AND BEYOND! Great service, nice trustworthy people to work with...they REALLY know their stuff!

Sonny and Tony were there at least 15 minutes early reviewing the outside of house. They were great at explaining things as they were checking them. They were very helpful in explaining what types of things could be done to improve efficiency in the heating and cooling system. They checked all of the lights, all of the appliances, water (including making sure the jets in the tub worked), etc. They explained some of the fixes that they saw and gave me an opinion on how well it was completed. They took the time to explain how things worked/operated in the house; stuff like the fireplace, the humidifier on the furnace, the jetted tub, the thermostat (which was a lot more high-tech than the turn dial style I'm used to). The report was very detailed with pictures and anything that needed attention was bolded in red. It also included a summary page for quick reference. Overall, they were very nice and seemed to do a very thorough job. I was quite pleased.
