Description of Work: I live on a private road that is about 1500 feet long. The road was in bad shape after the spring thaw. One of the services offered by C & C is road grading. Norm personally inspected the road and gave me a very reasonable estimate considering the condition. He showed up a day earlier than he had originally scheduled, and used a bulldozer to level the road and than used a powered tiller/rake to break up the road and bring gravel to the surface. It only took him a couple of hours. He also talked to me about the condition of the road and the possible need for additional gravel after the road had settled for couple of weeks. He has been doing this type of work for several years and has the appropriate equipment for the job. He is also open to additional requests. One of my neighbors had a large pile of dirt in his side yard that had been there for years used by his kids as a dirt bike jump. The kids are now gone, and he had been moving the dirt one wheelbarrow at a time. Norm took care of the pile with his bulldozer for a minimal fee. C & C also does various types of landscaping including yard grading and culvert installation. I will be getting estimates for some of this work, and hopefully I can use him again
