Craig put together a quote for my roof right before the Pandemic and kept in contact with me through that down time. As soon as it was safe he obviously got very busy but still kept me in the loop to his activities and schedule. If his attention to his business and customer wasn't enough, the great job he and his team did certainly was. They showed up on time and finished early while providing a wonderful result. Oh, and one more amazing thing. I was doing some remodeling work on my home and when I asked him if I could fill the dumpster up with some of my garbage from that effort, he said "absolutely" and "keep it as long as you need". Received an initial call back to set up an appointment for a quote within 30 minutes of submitting the request. Provided the most reasonable quote for the job and completed ahead of the original projected project date. Very accommodating to our schedule, courteous and professional.

All members of the crew were great! They were very polite and respectful. The owner Craig made sure everything went smooth and that we were satisfied. Everything was delivered as expected and the job was completed in a very timely manner.

Very well. After removing old roof, wood replacement was required. The extra work was also done in a professional and timely fashion. Done the same day.

Big Bang Home Improvement came highly recommended. When I called, Craig answered promptly and we set up an appointment. Craig arrived on time and the first thing he did (after introductions) was show me his contractor's license and proof of insurance. He is a Certainteed certified roofer and had all the information I needed to make my roofing decisions. I also added a skylight. The decisions for work were made after he performed a complete inspection of my roof both outside and in the attic. Recommendations were made and discussed thoroughly. As an older woman, I was pleasantly impressed that he spoke to me as an equal and respected my comments. Before any work was done, he delivered a large tire dumpster and set it on plywood to protect my pavers. When the men stripped my roof, no debris was left behind or on the ground. A heavy duty magnet was used to hunt for the stray nail. The entire job was completed in two days. Everyone in the crew is licensed, and it was obvious they knew their jobs. At no time did I hear bad language and all interactions were cheerful. The work in impeccable! My house looks amazing, feels warm and snug. Note: Due to leaks, we thought the roof would need multiple underlayment sheets replace. At the end, only one needed replacement. It would have been simple to charge me for more sheets. In short, if you want honest treatment, fair pricing, fast and reliable workers, and excellent craftsmanship - Give Big Bang Home Improvement a call. You won't be sorry!

Was suppose to be a simple replacement, but on removing old door there was serious water damage hidden below. They did an excellent job of repairing the damage and finishing replacing the door.

I was very impressed with Big Bang Home Improvements. They came out quickly to give me an estimate. As soon as the weather allowed they were back out to complete all of the work. I had my deck stained and my porch painted. Both came out fantastically, and I couldn't be happier with the work. I definitely would (and have!) recommend to anyone.
