Letts Trim tree service and property management

Excellent company to have work done by. They are very professional and go right at the job until finished. I needed 2 huge limbs from storm damage cut and removed, I never expected them to go as far as they did in clean up. Yes they are my new GO TO tree service from now out when I need it.

Chris and his team were fantastic. They removed a tree in our backyard all while dealing with the KPS building principal next door to our property. Chris took the initiative to call the city, who came down and put the KPS principal in her place. He was very professional in handling the job and the issues with unprofessional KPS principal.

Came right away to look at job and give a quote. We set up a date and had a few days delay due to weather, but Chris was in constant contact with updates. Everything that was stated to be done was handled in a very professional manner. He even referred us with a landscaper that he knew to bring the yard back to presentable. Which we hired and also did an amazing job.

Chris was easy to communicate with. He was able to get in and get the job done in a prompt, efficient manner. He cleaned the area well after taking down the tree.

I highly recommend Letts for tree trimming and removal. Chris came out and gave me an estimate the same day I contacted them through Home Advisor. They work fast, efficiently and safely. Their estimate was lower than some others and they did a few extra things for me. They cleaned up very well. I would definitely hire them again.

When I contacted Letts Tree Service through Home Advisor they came out the next day and gave me a price. Five large mostly dead trees on my lot line shading solar panels. My neighbor and I went in on the project. Chris, the manager, followed up in two days. I was waiting for two other estimates nobody had gotten back after a week's time. After evaluating the estimate by checking on line for average pricing I felt that the bid was fair.. They were out in two days, cut for two days and took all the wood and brush with them. My neighbor and I are very happy with the work and the clean up. My neighbor has given their name to a relative who needs trees taken down. They are polite, wear a mask when approached and they do what they say are going to do in a timely manner,

The guys did a wonderful job and added in a few things that we hadn't discussed previously for no additional charge. They did a nice job cleaning up afterward. My neighbors were so impressed by what they had done at my house that they hired them to trim their trees the same day!

They scheduled us up for 2 weeks from when I first talked to them. I told my wife on the day they were supposed to show that they would not show because businesses just dont care anymore. I was wrong they showed up and did a good job.
