 + -1 moreTwo employees came to the house. After several weeks I called them to see if the estimate was done. I was told that the guy to write it up was in the hospital. I waited a few more weeks and called again. I was told the secretary was on vacation. I never did get the estimate. They have very good phone manners though.
Description of Work: We asked for an estimate for an HRV unit.

Description of Work: Replaced bathroom faucet in our bathroom, fixed drain plug in the other. The plumber was very knowledgeable and had all the right tools to do the job. He was done in about an hour. Very satisfied with his work.

 + 0 moreThey have arrived on time & have done more than required to satisfy each individual problem as they have occurred. very professional and easy to work with. Kathy always goes out of her way to make sure we are satisfied.
Description of Work: The have installed a New furnace Natural Gas , replaced faucets, repaired leaks in burst piping, repaired our Sauna & have installed toilets & come to our residence on time and have done a great job each time.

Description of Work: I have required 3 visits in the last 2 months. 1st time they did come when my furnace was out, same day although late in day, and did good. The furnace quit again, and I found a wire loose, their fault. I got it working but was not quite right yet, so they came again, eventually and only removed a plastic cap, has been working ok since. |The 2nd time I also had them diagnose my garage Modine Heater, said it was the control valve. They got one, made an appt to fix the next day, never heard from them again. No call, did not come, that was 2-3 weeks ago. Overall I did not feel real confident watching them fix things. But maybe they are all that way. Very bad about letting you know what and when by phone. |And interstingly, the first, most major visit was over 2 months ago, i still do not have a bill. Ok with me but I suspect it will come some day.

 + -1 moreonce the person got here, it went well, they were here for less than an hour and were all done. Did a good job and cleaned up their mess when they were done. Charged a very reasonable price for the job done. They are not the timeliest when coming to repair, but at least give you some idea unlike Sears who makes you wait the whole day. I did specify only afternoons and they were good with that.
Description of Work: Had a faucet replaced in the bathroom and an outside faucet as well

Description of Work: Had old galvanized pipes removed and replaced with copper tubing.
