They were amazing. They were quick and thorough. Very professional and friendly. I would absolutely hire them again. They also do area rugs. I have them pick up my area rugs and cleaned me and yes they did. The prices are very reasonable. They also do inside carpet. I have a whole house full of carpeting and they cleaned it all in 2 hrs.

The furniture cleaning went well. The workers arrived as scheduled and worked efficiently. They were helpful and flexible. They were able to get various stains out that we asked about. It all went smoothly.

The rug and sofa were cleaned ok, an area that I pointed out still had spots was worked on again. When the rugged dried the area that was worked on again was brighter than the rest of the rug.

I called around and many companies either ignored my calls or they would not call me back. I looked around and found Steam Right. When I called them they came out within a half an hour, because they were in the area. They stayed at my home for four hours with only a ten minute break. They were able to remove the entire ten inches of sewage from my basement. They removed the carpeting and all of the furniture. They left great big fans in my basement overnight to dry everything up. They received eight other phones calls while they were out to my home. I found out after looking around and talking with neighbors that I paid less than most of them for the work. The price seemed a little shocking at first, however when I looked over everything that they did and how quickly they were out. I was very pleased with the service that they were able to provide and the willingness with which they provided it. I would gladly call them back out without a question.

I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. IT WAS NOT HARD TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS.

THEY CLEANED ALL OF MY CARPETING FOR AN EXTREMELY REASONABLE PRICE. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB REMOVING ALL OF THE SPOTS AND STAINS. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WHILE MOVING MY FURNITURE.
