Overall, I was happy with everything in the beginning. However, I could never get ahold of the manager in Gaylord whom sold us everything, because he was always out in the field. When they went over on the estimate I couldn't reach anyone to ask what was going on. Someone would call back a few days later and say that there were 23 messages on the machine that had not been checked. It was very frustrating. I resorted to calling the Traverse City store because that's where all the service calls come out of, and was given to the owner of the store and he did look into it. However, when he called me back he said basically that the manager in Gaylord told me about the overages and he would not budge and then hung up on me. We're talking only $150.00 dollars over the estimate, and I just wanted answers of why, not to be lied to and then hung up on. When the hot tub was delivered, the guys delivered it in a two wheel drive duelly which got stuck every other second. I had to use my personal vehicle to tow them out multiple times. The guys that delivered said this happens often. In conclusion, I feel that between the Gaylord Store and Traverse City Store that if I would have been treated a little more fairly and not had such unprofessional people to deal with, this would have all been fine. However, that is not the case. I would recommend to take your money where it is appreciated in this day and age not to Phillips Lifestyles in Gaylord or in Traverse City.
